Church's Texas Chicken

On 11/13/2024 @ 5:45PST I was at Churches Chicken on imperial and Western in LA, CA. I ordered 2-2pice for $3.99. I didn't get biscuits, but I'm very sure biscuits are included. The employee said no, but I know it does. Also one of the employees threatened to attack me he's not at work
The Churches is very near my place and I have to walk by it everyday

They close at 10 and I got there at 8:30 and she was very rude telling me they had nothing but chicken on the bone. No bread for chicken sandwiches no chicken strip and very rude and they made me order from outside. Very dangerous area ??

EXCELLENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! it was FREEZING inside ? and they didn’t have any drinks but dr pepper and lemonade, or pickles for the chicken sandwich. but someone gave us extra chicken in the bag ? and the food was ok

Very bad service, I think the manager thinks he is the owner, what an ugly store, I don't recommend it ?

OVER CHARGED ME AND WOULD NOT GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY. THEY NEED TO DRUG TEST THE WORKS AT THIS LOCATION…… THE LADY THAT TOOK MY ORDER LOOK LIKE SHE ON SMOE TYPE OF DRUGI ORDERED 2 CHICKEN SANDWICH COMBO LARGE AND SHE GO ON THE CHARGE ME FOR 2 CHICKEN SANDWICH COMBO AND 2 LARGER DRINK AT $1 MORE EACH SODA. THAN SHE GO GIVE ME SMALL FRIES AND THAN ADD TO MORE SMALL FIRES FOR ALMOST $7 WHEN I ONLY ASK FOR TO LARGER COMBS MEANING 2 CHICKENSAND AND 2 LARGE FIRES AND 2 LARGE SODAS

Horrible customer service no greeting. Always locked. Treat people like criminals. THEY forgot items from my order and went and got the manager to confirm that it was on my receipt through the cash register as if i was lying about such a minimal item. They couldn’t even give me a ranch for my okra after I spent over $20. I will never return here!

Only bummer was that although they have seating inside this area wasn't open. I wasn't there super late so maybe it's open other times.
