This particular site usually doesn't have enough staff. The wait was a little over 45 mins last time, but the wait is always worth it! Due to constant customers, the chicken is freshly made. I prefer this location all the time!
The chicken is good, this Church’s seems to not be a part of the bigger chains and it’s pretty run down and the dining area is literally under lock and key. You can’t actually enter the restaurant you have to order outside through the window. My guess is the homeless people gathered outside the place- they probably don’t want them to come in and the workers most likely feel safer with the dining area being closed
Church's on Central and Manchester is one of my favorites to grab a quick meal. Service may be a little slow ay times. The atmosphere can be a little sketchy when it comes to the unhoused.
