These are hands-down the best churros I’ve had outside of Mexico. Crispy on the outside, soft inside, and not overly greasy. They fill them with stuff like cajeta or lechera if you want. It’s a little food truck, so check hours online before you go. Worth the detour if you’re in the area
Came here at the recommendation of a local LA resident. Rather pricey but surprisingly well worth it! Most delicious churros we’ve ever tasted. Outer layer was fried to perfection while the interior was soft and fluffy. Couldn’t have asked for better.
it’s a good truck that does churros what more could you want?? this one is different than ones i’ve been too in the past, and seems to focus on larger order of churros, 10-100+. they do also have some cute little baskets available. friendly dudes running it too, mellow conversations. plates are like $13 and up, i ordered 20 churros and the bag seemed heavy and i definitely had a few extras in there. waited around 10 mins. will be coming back 👍
