This is clearly not the same franchise as Cilantro Mexican Grill. They didn’t even know what a Surf and Turf burrito was. You’re better off going to get the food fresh in North Hollywood.

Easily the worst burrito I ate in 2023. There's a plethora of better dining options all around Sepulveda and Manchester. Dozens of taco trucks and far better Mexican Food options. Also Kevin Harts restaurant (Harts House is next door) It's Chipotle with lower quality food and higher prices. Since they don't have a lot customers, the food sits there on the assembly line for a while. All the meat options looked severely dry and barely edible. Free Chips and solid service is the only reason a second star was given.

Cilantro salad with steak and grilled chicken , with olives, red onions, Cilantro. It was so good, with the cilantro dressing, hmmm all gone.

Love the food in this place and whenever I have to go to LAX I stop in. Been doing this for maybe 15 -20 years. I think the staff is not as friendly as it used to be...I asked the girl at the counter if I could have a few more chips, she said "No I'm sorry.." I thought to myself "Really? You're closing in an hour, there's 2 people in here, you've got this huge tray of chips.." a few minutes later she brought over a little French fry bag of chips, and gave me an apology...not that her saying no was rude, but I had tried to be friendly & complimentary to them earlier and they didn't respond or even smile. I said "I love this place. I live a long way away and I can't wait to stop in when I come to LAX!!" The girl looked at me with the coldest stare and just waited on me pick which rice I wanted. I said " oh I'm sorry..." she just looked at me holding the spoon up & waiting. It was cold for sure. I think there's some serious burnout with the employees or customers have been rude and they are sick of people or something, which could be the case. I just took a shuttle to a parking place, and this older woman told the Mexican driver "Don't put your haves on my bag!!" He said " Don't holler at me like that!" She responded " You shut up and don't talk to me" I thought man on man...the hostility, impatience & entitlement workers have to deal with is off the charts these days. I'm sure these employees deal with an onslaught of hollering and attitudes...Nonetheless, overall I'd say it's one of the best vegan burrito options around so I'll withstand the cold vibe.Vegetarian options: Awesome Vegan options. Tofu, veggies, salsa, rice, beans.. cilantro, guacamole. Awesome!

Food: This has changed since the pandemic (stingy with portions and charge ridiculous about for a small container of guacamole, the flavor is not the same). Service: Poor, the workers and owner are not friendly and have no customer service appreciation. I've been supporting this location off/on and for years and it's always the same dry, unappreciative attitude. I thought by now it would get better, but NOPE! I'm not sharing my dollars with this location anymore. Ambiance: Really dark, they focus on the day of dead and loteria it's posted all over the walls and front door (dead skeleton heads and faces), I don't want death and dead things cooked over my food. The last time it gave me the creeps going in. Originally, it was never decorated like that so I'm out on that too. But if it doesn't bother you, and you like to support unfriendly, lifeless cooks over your food, then go ahead and have that experience.

Just got poor service from people there. No napkins, sauce is spilling on my burrito. Waiters don't look patient etc...

Food was extremely good. Great portion sizes and terrific prices. They need to work on customer service. Not friendly, seemed irritated by something.

Terrible customer service!! I mean the worse service ever. Why do they still have jobs?? with the way they treat customers. The food is good that’s why we return.
