Had a bit of a hiccup with ordering online, but Cinnaholic handled it perfectly. Susan was extremely accommodating and super friendly. Their food is always on point, but their customer service just makes it taste so much better. Thank you for getting me the pizza rolls I craved, Susan and baker!!

It would be great if they DID NOT heat the cinnamon rolls and frosting if it’s being delivered. It truly makes no sense to me. It is ruined by the time it gets delivered. I actually called and asked if they could NOT heat it and apparently that isn't an option. Also…I didn't realize the frosting gets heated with the cinnamon rolls?? Why would I be excited to eat this? It was also overheated because the roll is a hockey puck and the frosting is hard.

Today was my first time at cinnaholic and I was very disappointed with the customer service that was provided. I came to get my wife a sweet treat after a very hard chemo treatment. I entered the establishment and waited patiently for someone to come assist me. When the lady did come she was very distracted and preoccupied to answer my questions. Then as I was asking her a question about the available cinnamon rolls she stopped me mid sentence to tell me they have a lot going on and they were very busy and left to the back. I felt so insignificant and disrespected as a paying customer. I didn’t want to disappoint my wife so I figured things out for myself and was able to get something she’d enjoy which she did. Despite the customer service provided the cinnamon rolls were exquisite very soft, and delicious especially the cheese cake one. Hopefully next time I get better service. But both my wife and I
enjoyed the cinnamon rolls very much.

My son and I stopped by Echo Park Cinnaholic today for the $2 Old Skool Roll special and had a wonderful experience. We met the owner, Susan, who was so kind and even let us try the new pumpkin cookie, which was delicious. The cinnamon rolls were fresh and tasty as always. Highly recommend if you’re in the LA area!

This team was amazing. Two weeks ago I had ordered a cinnacake and was flying into LAX the day it was going to be done to get it. I had my flight delayed and couldn’t get there until an hour past closing. The manager approved the staff member to wait until I got there to pick up the cake. I couldn’t be happier and more grateful for them! And they made the day for the birthday celebration the cake was for.

The cinnamon rolls were really nice! The roll is quite big and they have a good variety. The flavor and sweetness was just right - not too sweet to hit the throat but good enough to feel satisfied. Would recommend. Staff was friendly and gave good recommendations.

The proprietors were super friendly and helpful! My dairy-free wife says she died and went to Very Berry heaven. I had the Cookie Monster and it was delightful.

This is the cutest little hidden gem in the area. Stopped by with my sister to get a snack and was greeted by the sweetest employees, Jeff and Crystal. It was our first time here and they explained everything thoroughly as far as their ordering process as well as showed us all the products they offered and gave us their recommendations. Everything was absolutely delicious 10/10. We came in on a rainy day and it was perfect, the cinnabits were soooo warm and delicious. Definitely recommend trying this place out. Thank you Jeff and Crystal for making our experience great!

These cinnamon rolls are so phenomenal. You can’t beat a warm original, but recently tried the Horchata one and that was also incredible. Always fresh and delicious. Love that it is a family owned establishment too! Truly knocks Cinnabonk out of the park in every way. I think this may definitely be LA’s tastiest cinnamon roll!

Love to find a vegan cinnamon roll and these are very decadent and over the top. Wish they didn't have soy though.

The cinnamon rolls are quite tasty, but a bit overwhelming. Go for it if you like rich, ultra-sweet desserts.
