Most photos found in this review are of the 724 Spring Street location, not the location I'm reviewing. I'll try it once unless it's just all wrong and the 2nd Street loc is to small,mocha coffee was warm not hot, taste was off, and service was extremely slow (there wasn't a lot of customers, that's a clue). My friends all said their drinks were off. Looking at the reviews, I'm confused how these two locations are crossed when they are clearly not the same, maybe Spring Strett loc closed? But I doubt I'll be returning.

First time visiting this cafe and it sure won't be my last, I had ordered a beef chorizo breakfast burrito with a iced mocha and my gf had a breakfast sandwich with a caramel iced coffee. Made fresh and with love, it was simple flavors made right. Great portions and did not skimp on ingredients. Definitely a spot to check out, shout out to the front of the house and the chef. Be back soon.

Very friendly workers. Food is delicious and the utensils were very clean! I went there to eat and I had a zoom meeting and it was really comfortable attending the zoom meeting as there was space and privacy. They also have free WiFi if you would like to connect your laptop!

Got salted caramel latte and breakfast burrito. The food was served very quickly. Had a huge portion with a generous amount of avocado and veggies. The bacon or the meat they put it in was perfectly seasoned, not too salty or bland. Great service; very friendly barista. Sort of an open kitchen. All of the kitchenware looks clean and dust free. There are a lot of power outlets near the table so if you are running out of battery and need to charge your phone or need a brief break, definitely would recommend. I would not really recommend studying here (even though they have a great choice of music), because of the small table size as expected in LA. There is a lot of traffic too, since people are grabbing drinks by the front table. Will be coming back in the future.

Fantastic. Food taste amazing. And as you eat, you feel the freshness of every ingredient. Coffee was great. Juice was made fresh, the steak sandwich was so so so good with very tender meat that my teeth sliced thru. I'll be back here for sure.
