Most photos found in this review are of the 724 Spring Street location, not the location I'm reviewing. I'll try it once unless it's just all wrong and the 2nd Street loc is to small,mocha coffee was warm not hot, taste was off, and service was extremely slow (there wasn't a lot of customers, that's a clue). My friends all said their drinks were off. Looking at the reviews, I'm confused how these two locations are crossed when they are clearly not...

First time visiting this cafe and it sure won't be my last, I had ordered a beef chorizo breakfast burrito with a iced mocha and my gf had a breakfast sandwich with a caramel iced coffee. Made fresh and with love, it was simple flavors made right. Great portions and did not skimp on ingredients. Definitely a spot to check out, shout out to the front of the house and the chef. Be back soon.
