i get food pick up from here every once in a while but every time, there’s a long haired guy yelling at delivery drivers. so unpleasant.

I ordered from Cajun Seafood Boil in Hollywood through Grubhub and it did not disappoint! Fresh, hot, and packed with flavors, exactly what I was craving. Definitely my new go-to comfort food spot and hugely recommend!

Ghost kitchen with so many restaurants tied to this location. Don't support ghost kitchens. Food isn't good and is probably frozen from the very start

Went to pick up order and found out that they gave my order to a different person. They should have some system to verify that the person who ordered is the actual person picking up the food such as checking receipts, emails, etc. This happened twice here.

Did not look anything like described or photographed. The burrito displayed is the “ultimate breakfast burrito”. Carne Asada was grey, stiff, and chewy not edible. Uber eats wouldn’t give me my refund for missing items like the 2.00 salsa that was clearly charged 3 times and we didn’t receive green salsa for the burritos. Save your coins go somewhere else it’s over priced for very terrible quality. I called the store and asked for an update on the refund process. No response yet.

We couldn’t believe how small the pastries were when we ordered in person at “Dessert Shop Los Angeles.” We ended up paying nearly $10 for a tiny slice of cheesecake that felt no different from the $3 ones you can grab at the grocery store.

We ordered from Melrose food company and not only was the food over an hour late it was completely cold and soggy and they were missing one out of three meals that we had ordered. They couldn't even be bothered to respond to their own web complaints on their website because when I mentioned this they never got back to us at this point they're effectively trying to steal from us. We were forced to file a credit card dispute because they would not refund the meal that they did not deliver. Under no circumstances should you ever order from these people

They will push your order back over and over. Its going to be over 1 hr after the original eta and they don't pick up their phone or have a cancel order button. NOT WORTH IT.

The guy on counter this morning is so rude, and Disgusting exterior—delivery drivers smoke everywhere, making the smell unbearable

I’m really big on customer service and these amazing folks did not disappoint. But what won me over was their loaded oxtail fries! OH. MY. GOODNESS!! Never have I tasted anything so innovative, rich, delicious and filling. I love soul food but it’s this one singular item that brings me back for more!! ????
