The kitchen is SO good here folks. Better than it has any right to be. I've tried half the menu and they always deliver, consistently. The pink-haired barista is one of the best in West LA imho. I love this place. Try it. But not so much that it gets too busy!

I’ve been here a few times and every time I have received not only bad service but extremely rude service. So it seems to be how they like to treat their customers. And looking at their reviews I’m not the only one. I’ve worked in the service industry and I try to be friendly and understanding of employees…The coffee and matcha is not even worth it.

Had a great chai latte from here and appreciated the multiple seating options and (the lighting design is great for those trying to get work/reading done but without sensory overload - lighting sensitivity like in other common and public spaces)

Great coffee and tea, but the real standout was the bacon, egg, and cheese, absolutely delicious! The staff was super nice and the place was really clean. I also love that they have both indoor and outdoor seating, and the line moved quickly which was a nice surprise. Not too loud either which made it a perfect spot to relax. Highly recommend!

In a time where in every coffee shop you can find unsweetened drinks as something very common, here every coffee, tea and matcha is already a pre made liquid with sugar or syrup already mixed in… their brewed coffee is burned too, don’t recommend this place

I stopped by on Friday late afternoon and ordered a latte with whole milk. Took my first sip after I got on the freeway. And YUCK the milk was sour! Totally irresponsible to serve spoiled milk drinks. I’m disgusted…
Cool vibe and atmosphere, knowledgeable staff, good offerings, just wish everything they were offering was actually listed on the menu because I didn't realize there were options that weren't displayed on their core menu.

The only way they serve matcha is with sweetener. They only offer to make your matcha with brown sugar, or else they cant make it for you.

I judge cafes based on something that I think is very simple. Do they make good ice, green tea. And the answer for here is simply yes. A nice crisp and refreshing tea with easy to use. Simple syrup available on the customer side to easily customize to my desired sweetness. It's not that I am giving the food zero Stars. I just haven't eaten the food to give it a rating. Definitely going to be coming back for that crisp green tea.
