visited around 8:13 AM on the morning of November 17th. felt that the African American baristas seemed to have an issue with Asians, and experienced what felt like discrimination. don't understand why there was eye-roling and a bad attitude toward me and my friends. Bad experience.

Cool space with plenty of seating, indoor and outdoor. Coffee is alright. Music is kind of loud and aggressive for a Sunday morning, though, not relaxing or easy to have a conversation over. The food is not good, at least the breakfast fare. Bland and unpleasant-tasting, and the texture of the sandwich and burrito are like they've been microwaved, toasted and then microwaved again.

Good coffee and interesting set up, one of the rare good coffee shop around my son’s school. Good vibe and energy - never been to another of their stores but this one has a nice side patio where to enjoy your beverage and food. Street parking somewhat available but not the easiest.

Every time I visit this cafe, I really hope not to encounter the female employee with pink hair. The main reason I don’t come here more often is because of her inappropriate service attitude. I don’t need her to be overly friendly, but her condescending looks and attitude towards customers are always disappointing. Plus, it’s pretty off-putting to hear her making mocking or sarcastic remarks about others to other staff right in front of customers. The way she roughly takes customers’ credit cards and inserts them into the reader without saying a word is just plain rude.

I give a 3 star because the coffee was good but service was blah... how dare they give good service to regular customers but when a new one come they if a different service.. if they want tip they better treat everyone the same way as there regular customers... I seen the difference on how they judge you and give different service to other customers like wow...I know this is slower then other locations.. most likely not coming back to this location for a while

AVOID - they cloned my card / used it again for another transaction (definitely not a mistake on my part, because I am not even in the country!)Also, I didn't rate the service or the coffee so I wouldn't have gone back, even if they didn't steal my money.
My 6th or 7th visit. Every single time…slow, rude, immature staff. And coffee is just ok. Lattes are weirdly sweet and drip coffee/pour overs lack body. Groundworks is my go to since 1991, the coffee is just superior. Never going back to Commissary. Such a shame.
