This place is cool. The avo toast is better than the majority of other spots.It's always hot here, though, and I can't figure out why. Maybe the outdoor seating tent is made of the wrong material, idk, but it feels like an oven sometimes under there, and the 2nd floor outdoor seating feels like an airfryer. I think the setup blocks any and all breezes, so I take breaks and go off property to cool down for a bit. I personally leave my things at my table to not lose my spot, but don't be like me.The parking lot is solid, but they could use more spaces. Once the lot is full, it's impossible to find street parking in the afternoon.The security guard can be intense, but just ignore him. I've seen people do some questionable driving in the lot, so he's probably just fed up w/the nonsense, and that's valid. Drive like you have common sense, and it's all good.It gets loud, not the music, but other customers. A group of 6 shows up, and it's non-stop yapping, so *always* bring headphones.

Okay, so I’m giving this place 4 stars because when I went here it was SO GOOD. I bought the avocado toast, French fries, and a chai tea latte. 10/10 on all of them, highly recommend.And they were all so good that, the next week, I came to enjoy it again. HOWEVER, without any announcement on their instagram, Google, or what have you — the kitchen is CLOSED. And they say, “yeah the kitchen is closed on Thursdays”. It was love at first bite with y’all so I’m not trying to be gloomy but that should be announced, even if it’s just on the gram.Not sure how often this may occur or if it’s all or most or some Thursdays but this hurt my foodie heart ?

This positive review might work against me, since the place will get even more crowded but that's OK. This coffee shop has everything: a wonderful selection of great drinks, good customer service, fantastic parking (especially considering the location), delicious and warm pastries, and even colorful, gorgeous stained glass in the 2nd floor. The internet is fast and reliable, the seating just makes sense and the people that frequent this place are interesting and friendly. 10/10. Highly-recommended place.

Their simple menu results in unique, well crafted coffee and food. Place is zen ??? Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, free parking with security.Kid-friendliness: Kids loved the cinnamon rolls and strawberry milk
Great space with plenty of parking! Menu includes a few unique signature items. Ordered the Mason Latte. Very nice. The space is great with an modern upstairs seating space and a casual outdoor seating space. This place would be great in summer.

FYI they do not serve food Tuesdays or Thursdays. Still had a few pastries available. Got the chocolate chip walnut cookie, very tasty, and a drip coffee. Doesn't taste like my normal Canadian coffee but still good. Friend got a pistachio croissant, had a bite, also tasty.
