One can tell Cognoscenti DTLA has quality coffee beans. We ordered a hot drip and a hand pour. It is not easy to find coffee that is good in all temperatures but Cognoscenti achieved that. (High quality artisan coffee still has good aroma and floral/fruity scents even when it is cold.) Prices are very reasonable and the employees are friendly as well. Please open a branch around Pasadena!
