I've been going here for a long time since I lived in Hollywood. This new Armenian or whatever he is worker was rude to me and my girlfriend, when she asked about the scoops/flavor of ice cream and he laughed in her face and told her "is this your first time or what? It's not that hard". He was being so rude his co worker made a face at him. We walked out and didn't even get the ice cream and we won't be returning. He does not need to work there.I've never had a bad experience there until now.

I am very disappointed on the new menu. When the restaurant first opened, there was a lot of variety. Now the new menu that came out in June 2023, removed 17 items that were delicious. The beautiful menu that was like a story book was replaced with a one page laminated piece of paper. Big Mistake universal !!! The food quality of what I ordered has gone downhill. The chicken breast is very bland.

After a spicy meal, I craved something sweet. Cold Stone Creamery fit the bill. The raspberry sorbet is the softest ice cream in their freezer (no milk) but their delicate touch mixed the chocolate chips just right and didn't turn the sorbet to mush.I was in and out with a mid afternoon order on a weekday. Glad I found them.

I went today at around 1:48 pm to use a gift card I got for the holidays. There was a lock and the door and the store lights were all off. Is this place no longer open or just a fluke. The sign did say the hours were 12-7 so they should have been open.

i just experienced the worst customer service from both the manager who said her name was alexis and from an employee named jasmine. i don't know if those were their real names but the persons were working wednesday night at 6pm. i ordered from gh for a large size. i received a small. i called to see if i could get a new order or a refund and jasmine hung up on me. i called again and spoke with someone who claimed to be the manager named alexis. they couldn't do anything to help me until friday and she proceeded to tell me to take it up with corporate or gh.this may be petty but the attitude i received from both employees was astounding.

I liked the taste of the it the smooth ice cream and it's nice list of flavors but the park when they put the toping's in the ice cream is was melting and it was not round and watery.
