I’m sorry but this place is diiiisgusting. Smells bad, dirty, it’s weird inside and out. And the pricing is truly jacked. A kids size starts at close to $11. Watching them mash it all up on that cold stone was off putting. It’s all wrong. Nice staff though. Felt like the motel 6 of ice cream stores.

Horrible experience. They won’t refund me for my cake i ordered on labor day. This is ridiculous as they told me they didn’t have people to make the cake. I had to call multiple times to even try to get a refund. And after calling today (thirsday) they say that its an issue with my bank. Don’t order a cake here or you will have to go through similar issues as me. Like they even tell you to order a cake online but then they tell you they can’t make it? Ridiculous. Scammers.

Customer service at the location was so horrible…our cake that was pre-ordered and paid for was not ready at the time of pickup, no solution, no refund, no alternative cake available, nothing…we were left with nothing for our kids birthday and the woman working was so disgustingly rude…will never never never come to this location again!!!!!!!

Online it says they close at 10pm. Arrived at 9:20pm and the doors were locked. Lights off and I see both guys in there cleaning up and calling it. SO ANNOYING TO DRIVE OUT HERE AND THEY CALL IT 40 MINS EARLY. Just advertise online that you close at 9pm then. Not coming to this location again

$14 for a single ice cream cone? Really? No A/C. I thought I’d melt before the ice cream.
I came in and wanted the blueberry muffin batter and they didn’t have it. So I ordered a like it size of cake batter with graham crackers. She made a love it size of cake batter with Oreos. She said I ask for it but I didn’t recall so she made a cake batter with graham crackers but she made it love it size. Another customer asked for the bathroom and she told another coworker to close me out. She told him to charge me a like it size and I was charged a love it size. Very bad experience for my first time there.

We enjoyed everything we ate. BUT I grew up in a world where Cold Stone was a place of abundance. It didn't matter if you got 1 mix-in or 10... your cup was full. None of our cups reached the top brim. This was the most full one we got.Also, 6 chocolate chips is NOT a topping. For premium prices, I expect quality AND quantity.I think some training is in order here.
