Product is good as always however i think this location lacks training. Our signature creations weren’t mixed well. It was just as if they plopped the toppings on top and called it a day.

We enjoyed everything we ate. BUT I grew up in a world where Cold Stone was a place of abundance. It didn't matter if you got 1 mix-in or 10... your cup was full. None of our cups reached the top brim. This was the most full one we got.Also, 6 chocolate chips is NOT a topping. For premium prices, I expect quality AND quantity.I think some training is in order here.

The service was nothing short of spectacular. In fact the moment I stopped in, I felt like I was literally a celebrity. Each order is carefully to our exact specifications. They aervings extremely generous. Imagine an on overflowing ice cream mountain in each pint or container. Why do they even have lids, it practically is useless after the ice cream bulges out in quantit., in a good way of course ?. Thank you coldstone, you may be cold but you absolutely warm my heart. Ironic...
