My husband and I recently ate at Combo A and we were blown away! The food was absolutely delicious! Every bite was flavorful and fresh. We were especially impressed by how much food we got for the price! Such a great value! The customer service was also amazing. When you go make sure to try the wings! This place is definitely a hidden gem. We’ll be back soon!

This was our first time trying Combo A. The area is not that appealing. Just north of Sunset Bl. The restaurant is cafeteria style you point and name your preferences. I ordered orange chicken and beef broccoli. The food appeared as if it were made a while ago. In addition, it was not hot. I was reluctant to eat it. The fried rice and chow mein had no flavor. The broccoli was tender, which is rare at Chinese food restaurants. The orange chicken was not sweet and bland as well. I had to use the hot sauce for flavor. The server was friendly and seemed glad I was there. That made the visit pleasant.

It's a fine spot to eat. The food is about average for Chinese takeout, but the portions are a little on the small side, leaving me pretty underwhelmed.
EDIT: just had panda express and not only did i like Panda much more, but the portions and value are just far better. So I'd confidently give this place a 2

Combo A's owner is impeccable! If you're reading this, this is the woman who typically orders the bbq fried rice or combo fried rice and ask for bbq pork juice to be poured over it. I ordered today through doordash through my partners account and it was high key a nightmare. When the second dasher was assigned and wasnt headed to the store, I called to clarify and the owner answered. He kept calling me back to give updates and it was just amazing service as always. I dont live near or work by there anymore so doordash is the best way to go when I can but he truly cares and it makes such a difference. I'll always keep coming back for the best chinese food Ive ever had! Even if its not your cup of tea, doesnt change the care and customer service he provides 🙌🏾

I’ve been to this place many times. I love their food and always order their Thai tea. But last time I ordered it again and it was EXTREMELY sweet. So sweet I couldn’t even drink it without gagging. I went up to them to ask if they could change it, and no one listened to me. They didn’t believe me because they didn’t want to remake it for me- a simple request from a loyal customer. They were unnecessarily rude about it. That was the last time I ever went there.
