VERY COMPELLING ! I loved the avocado toast and yogurt parfait. i also got a double shot espresso that was made to perfection. i came at noon on a sunday and was the only customer. there’s 3-4 tables outside and a few spots inside. Not a huge place, but very nice. Barista was very nice as well!

MY FAVORITE COFFEE IN LA. It's hard for me to get coffee anywhere else because of the high standard Compelling has set. Alexia is always wonderful and radiant. Kian, the owner, works diligently on the flavor pairings. I promise you will not be disappointed.

My fav lil spot for quality espresso and other drinks! The baristas are friendly and helpful, and prices are better than the other shops in the area, would recommend for anybody in the neighborhood to become regulars or even just to stop in if you're passing the area!!

Super accessible location, very clean inside, and beautifully designed. We loved the cold brew, iced tea, and pastry options. This is definitely going to be my favorite coffee spot around here! Highly recommend!!!

An absolute treasure!
I frequent this coffee shop EVERY single day and have been for the last 2 years. As an LA native, it’s easily one of the best coffee shops in Los Angeles and I have tried a plethora of them. Not only is their coffee ethically sourced and delicious, the staff and owner are extremely kind. Shout out to Tania and Mason! If you want good coffee, you have to try compelling!

Pretty good coffee but I should say there’s little to no seating and no restroom. It’s a tiny little place.

Truly some of the best coffee in Los Angeles and never a line - a gem!

I’ve been coming here for the past two years and it’s def my favorite coffee spot. The coffee is always good: smooth, rich, and consistent. Also the place is super clean which is very important to me.
Prices are fair, for what you’re getting.
Definitely recommend if you’re in the area.
