Worst cake I have ever had, $40 for a small strawberry cake and it was horrible!!!!!!
I ordered a custom woo woo cake for my sister's 30th two weeks in advance. I picked up today and it melted creating a mess. Found out the cake was made that morning right before I picked it up. I picked it up at 9:30AM. That means the cake did not set. Cakes are supposed set, especially cream cakes.
The lady stated it wasn't buttercream and I know it wasn't. I therefore, had to miss my sister's birthday breakfast to sort this cake situation. When I arrived they tried offering me a cake different than what I wanted. When I didn't want it they rushed another cake that looks sloppy and not what I ordered. I was also giving only $5 for the trouble. I used that $5 to get candles because they never gave me one when I asked for it the second time. They did for the initial cake that I returned.
Very disappointed.

I think the service is too bad. We ordered online and drove to pick up. The item is out of stock. They did not contact me and I didn’t get any compensation. The altitude is pretty rude. OMG….

While I liked the custard donut and strawberry cake slice I got, I was upset because I had hoped to try their black sesame buns. They ran out by then. The location is across from H-Mart, which is convenient. There are also many other restaurants in the plaza it's located in or around the bakery.
Would come by more often if it weren't so far from me in SGV.

The prices for beverages aren't justifiable. I ordered a yuzu tea and realized it was just the yuzu syrup that is available in the Hmart across. That and hot water for $5 is meh. The filling for the cream bread is unevenly spread throughout.

On the first day of my visit, the ham & cheese croissant was moderately crispy and had a nice buttery flavor.
The twist was that the male employee helping the cashier opened the paper bag with his bare hand. This is something that needs to be improved.
On my second visit, I wrapped the bread in paper wrapping before paying, but this time the croissants were soggy and chewy, as if the bread had been a few days old. This was not the case.
I don't have to go back now, but I would like to add some advice for business owners.
The atmosphere of the store is shabby and the machines and shelves are exposed, reminiscent of a suburban pub. There is quite a bit of room for improvement.

Too pricy, taste is ok but not worth the price and feels like not well prepared…. When I opened the box at home, I was shocked, everything mixed together: spicy bread, sweet ones and some with chocolate powder, so you can imagine the powered is on a plain bread and the spicy sauce is on a chocolate one. OMG, when I wanted to take the spicy one out, it broken into two very easily…….and girls at check out were not friendly or warm.

One of the worst deliveries I’ve ever had. I’ve ordered a piece of napoleon and a strawberry cake. Napoleon wasn’t possible even to eat or cut by a knife because it was obviously old and strawberry cake had too much sugar in it. Do not recommend

I normally don’t write reviews, but I felt like I had to for this situation. We went to get two matcha drinks from them and watched as they made every other drink before and after ours. We waited around for 30 minutes as they called out every order after ours, conversing with other customers in Korean, and only acknowledged our order after we walked up to them with our receipts. It took them 30 seconds to put some crushed strawberries and whipped matcha into our cups and finish our order. And to add, it was not even busy! All this for our drinks to be average, tasting like watered down yogurt. It felt as though they were treating us differently because we weren’t Korean, but that’s beside the point.

Last Thursday, around 1pm, I had an uncomfortable experience while enjoying coffee at Concerto Bakery.
After about 15 minutes, I felt itchiness above the ankle bones of both ankles due to insect bites, and I have been experiencing discomfort for several days.
The location was a table in the corner of the bakery, and since the interior of the cafe had a clean atmosphere, it would be a good idea to pay a little more attention to hygiene management.
In particular, I think customers will be able to visit with greater peace of mind if you maintain them daily with stronger cleaning products.
Thank you for providing fresh bread and coffee every day, and this is a place I would like to visit more often once minor inconveniences are improved.
We look forward to future improvements.

Please use a lot of Manuka honey!
Located next to the entrance of Hmart supermarket in Koreatown, a must try for your pastry fix!
What I liked was this bakery offered many unique pastries I haven't seen at most Asian bakeries such as earl grey, squid ink, salt bread, and oreo. The oreo, think cookies & cream on top, had no filling inside but I still enjoyed it and recommend. I couldn't taste earl grey in the earl grey croissant, so that was a let down.
They close at 9 pm and starting around 8 pm they'll have $10 baskets containing about 4 or 5 random sandwiches and pastries which is a great deal.
Park in the parking garage connected to Hmart on underground levels P1 and P2 and they will validate your parking for up to 2 hours.
