I came in to buy a slice of pistachio tiramisu, which cost $7, but the cashier charged me $7.50 instead. Then he told me to wait until he finished serving the whole line, and that someone else would help me afterward. There was a long line behind me, so I felt really uncomfortable and disrespected. He should have completed my order first before moving on to the next customers. Eventually, a girl helped me, and she was nice. The food was delicious, but the service was honestly terrible.
The new cashier was really overbearing — constantly telling customers what to do.

I’ve been a regular customer here and always appreciated the military discount with my CAC card. Today I was told the discount would only apply if I came in uniform. That is a sudden and unannounced change, and the staff’s tone when explaining it was unprofessional and disrespectful. Businesses have the right to change their discount policies, but customers deserve clear communication and courteous treatment. Very disappointing experience.

This Korean style bakery is conveniently located in the shopping center right in front of H Mart. I tried a few of their baked goods, and they were all delicious. I especially loved how beautifully the cakes were presented, you can choose to buy a whole cake or just a single slice.

A few days ago I bought a strawberry cake for just a little over $20, and the cream was thin and very tasty. But today I bought a grape one, and the cream was super thick!! It was way too sweet and not tasty at all. Plus, the cake was smaller than the strawberry one, yet it cost $46 ??? And when I called to ask about the price, the staff couldn’t even explain clearly. Even though there are price tags, the prices are just randomly calculate

Lovely cafe in Koreatown. Had the croissant but my son loves the shio pan. Good latte.

Salt bread hype? This bakery's for it. From original to tiramisu to corn to garlic onion cheese, they've got a variety of palatable flavors that will please any salt bread lover. My favorite ones are the garlic and corn. The sweet ones like blueberry and Earl grey really aren't that sweet at all. I also love the americanos and coffee drinks. Even though I go early in the morning, they sell out pretty quickly but also restock quickly! Parking validation is a plus!

Appreciate the bakery. I Stop in at least 2-3 times a week. Often, the pastries are mislabeled or missing labels entirely. There needs to be a menu or nutrition guide if allergens are not highlighted on label carbs. For example, I ordered what i thought was corn bread “as it was labeled” and it was really corn onion and cheese. I cannot have cheese. Sándwiches will say tuna but actually be chicken salad. The egg sándwich has ham on it. All these things could be avoided with proper labeling

I think I just found the most amazing and inexpensive bakery that sells the viral salt bread, the prettiest cakes, matcha drinks, and more. It's tucked away inside the H Mart in Koreatown, and I could not believe the prices and promotions they have going on. Like cakes are expensive in my mind and some of them looked like they were gonna be $90 or more, but they have monthly cake specials for 50% off so the August mango cake is only $23!!!
The owner also specially sources coffee beans from his OWN farm in Kona, Hawaii, which they roast everything in house, and the matcha they use is one I've never heard of before called MULBERRY MATCHA, which gives a more fruity aroma rather than the usual earthy taste.
And don't even get me started on the pastries. Their salt bread is super unique here, with a crunchy buttery crispy bottom while still having the texture of a fluffy cloud.
I highly recommend coming early because some of the things will sell out!
Thanks for reading! ^-^

Rude customer service. And the cake is not fresh anymore.
I’ve been a regular customer here because I love the salted bread and sausage bread — they’re usually fresh and delicious, and the drinks are normally great too. But my recent visit was really disappointing.
It was busy in the morning, and one of the staff (a woman with a friendly appearance) was helping with the bread. I asked politely to have my bread packed in separate boxes, but she gave me a bad attitude and responded in a harsh tone. Then she spoke to another staff member in Korean, and even though I couldn’t understand the words, her facial expression made it very clear she was saying something unpleasant about me.
I spent nearly $50 on bread and drinks, which isn’t cheap. On top of that, the iced matcha latte I ordered tasted off — very powdery and nothing like the quality I’ve had here before.
I still really enjoy the bread here, but the customer service experience made me reconsider coming back. I hope the team can improve their attitude, especially during busy hours. A good product deserves respectful service.

The person at the counter charged more than I was supposed to pay. It’s just couple dollars difference and didnt make a fuss about it. But simple apology would have been fine. Just left bad taste in my mouth

So far I’ve only had the salt bread, but I haven’t been disappointed! I have to give this place credit because I was doubting the hype before I tried it, but I was shocked at how delicious it actually was. My favorite would have to be either the original salt or the sweet potato, but I would love to try more. It really seems like the bread is nothing special, but something about the taste and texture is so addicting to me.
