I've been multiple times and I enjoy the saltbread but I feel like I have never had good service. Most recently I came and tried to get the attention of one of the workers and she passed by me in which I assumed she just didnt hear me so I tried to get her attention again and she saw me and ignored me. Id rather just go somewhere else.

Best salt bread in downtown LA!
Asked the cashier if one of their specialty coffee has sweetener - answers that he has no idea, does nothing else. Had to tell him to ask it anybody knows lol
And then saw another worker scoop the beans with bare hands to make coffee even though there was a scoop in the box. Then proceeded to touch all equipments and rag afterwards.
Like come on this place brands and markets themselves as a high quality / sophisticated bakery but seemingly has NO basic employee training.

Tried a bunch of salt bread flavors here. Definitely not as good as if you went to a place that specializes in it since it's kind of a general bakery but my favorite flavors here are the banana and butter red bean ones. The banana one is super creamy and not as dry. Mentaiko is not bad if you are looking for a savory option.

I like their mood and service, I really loved their cake so I often get them as gifts for my friends. Recently I ordered pieces I noticed the cream is different. It’s not Korean style whipped cream. It tastes like frozen whipped .
I still like this bakery so I wish they read and bring it back.

I've bought this several times before, but today the black sesame latte was terrible! It tasted awful! It seems like the person making it might have changed... it was really bad.

The cake is not fresh. It's hard because it's been a few days since the cake sheet dried up and twisted.
Cake squeaks when cutting. I really cut it with a knife, but the bread is dry and fluffy. The texture is really terrible. I regret why I paid $40 for this. I chose chocolate cake because strawberry cake is moldy in strawberry cake everywhere, but I'm disappointed in the chocolate cake.

My favorite salt bread ever! Blueberry cream cheese salt bread. Omg, perfect early in the morning. Been looking forward to this for weeks. They offer 3 hour free parking for underground parking. Love it! Wished they franchised or open more locations throughout CA and Texas.

Salt bread is SOOO YUM! I highly recommend coming here just for this. The Corn Cream Salt Bread, Earl Grey Salt Bread, and the Truffle Salt Bread are my favorites! Buttery and so much flavor. Dense texture and airy.
They have plentiful stock and the staff here are nice! They also validate parking for 3 hours!

I came in to buy a slice of pistachio tiramisu, which cost $7, but the cashier charged me $7.50 instead. Then he told me to wait until he finished serving the whole line, and that someone else would help me afterward. There was a long line behind me, so I felt really uncomfortable and disrespected. He should have completed my order first before moving on to the next customers. Eventually, a girl helped me, and she was nice. The food was delicious, but the service was honestly terrible.
The new cashier was really overbearing — constantly telling customers what to do.
