My friend goes to this place and likes it. I was disappointed. Her Harvest salad looked decent. I believe she was satisfied. However, I ordered a chicken salad sandwich and a cup of soup. I have visited the Corner Bakery Cafe in Lakewood. I had a better experience there, so I expected better. My experience today was disappointing. The first soup was not good so I ask if I could get something else to go they accommodated but the taste was not better. The chicken salad sandwich was decent. Total thumbs down for enchilada soup or tomato basil. Tasted like they came from a can too much salt, 😢. I ordered a mini lemon Bundt cake to go I was disappointed.
The gentleman who served us was friendly and very helpful. Which is the one positive. I found the venue to be pleasant and relaxed which was nice for a casual lunch. My final take is this won’t be my choice again. Too pricey food was disappointing.

Very disappointing after messing my order up, food was not good. Seemed like no one wanted to be there no greeting no nothing . The apology was very bland also. Never eating here again
I walked into your establishment early in the morning, hungry and expecting a decent meal. When I asked for soup, I was told there were none available. To make matters worse, the large gentleman working there responded rudely, crossing his arms across his chest in an exaggerated “X” gesture as if annoyed by my request.
His attitude made me feel as though I was begging for food rather than being a paying customer. That behavior is rude, inappropriate, and unprofessional. No one should be treated that way, especially when simply asking for something off the menu.
It’s also disappointing that a place would open its doors without being properly prepared to serve customers. The whole experience felt careless and disrespectful.
Please address this issue so that future customers are treated with the respect they deserve.
In movies, larger individuals are jolly. Someone kissed the memo.
Good variety of food. Lots of places to sit. Excellent service. They have a great rewards program with nice perks. Only thing is that homeless tend to hang out around the entrance or even inside. It would be perfect if that wasn't the case.

Very pleasant dining experience overall.
It’s a LOT of inconsistency. And the sandwiches are REALLY just a hit or miss. It’s been steadily just getting worse and worse in quality and preparation. I ask to omit tomatoes - I have tomatoes ALLLLLLLL OVER MY SANDWICH. Also. I’m POSITIVE this isn’t the balsamic aioli. It’s. A. Mess.

The chicken that will lay the eggs for your breakfast has not been born until after you order. It can be that slow here.

This is the best place on earth to come any day of the week and meet up with friends without any rush or hassle . Weather in the mood for coffies and cream cheese bagels or a full marinara pasta or my personal favorite, the BBLT sandwhich . I give this place 5 stars all day !!!
Stacey is a great worker and a professional and welcoming person. We enjoyed this place which has great hours and a varied menu!
They open early and have decent breakfast. Also has power outlets and wifi which makes it a good spot to work on your laptop. Great service by Naomie.
Great spot for a quick snack and coffee.
