We were staying at the hotel and wanted an easy dinner - food was ok, not bad but not good enough to warrant the high prices!
Service was friendly but quite slow. We ended up skipping dessert because we didn’t want to wait further. Expect 20-25$ for small ceviche appetisers, 50-70$ for most mains with fish. More for steaks.
We’re light eaters and ordered 2 starters and 2 mains and left hungry.

Good service, the place is beautiful with a nice view and ambiance. The taste of the desert wasn’t really what I expected for this standing but it was good.

Hands down, some of the most delicious food I've eaten lately! They utilize only the freshest ingredients and ensure that each dish is properly prepared. The branzino was very memorable. "Must try!"
From appetizers to sweets, this restaurant well surpassed our expectations!

This is a beautiful place to have date night. We went more for the appetizers and desserts to start off our evening. The view of DTLA are stunning! Our server Christie was awesome.

Great views & great welcoming soon as we walked in for a surprise dinner before catching a concert at Crypto arena. The empanadas amazing, a must try! The drinks are great as well!

The staff were great, but the food was very lackluster for the extreme prices, and it was weirdly un-glamorous for a Ritz restaurant.

The service was top notch and what you would expect at a Ritz hotel. The food was mediocre and pricey.

The food is good, service is good. The place is nice but I wouldn't go back because the prices are just too crazy expensive even though I understand the cost of everything has gone up but that's why I wouldn't go back and for the amount of food you get for the price....its not worth it.

Unfortunately, this was not a good experience. I had my drink sitting on a table, specifically told the waiter I was not finished, and they took it. When I spoke to staff and manager that this occurred, they just stated, "Sorry, nothing we can do."

César Ritz would definitely be proud of how much of his legacy has lived on. I was seated immediately with a stunning view of downtown L.A. I was impressed with the attentiveness of my server, although he was busy, he still kept an eye on me. I do wish he remembered my son's drink as it is included in children's meals.

I ordered the Tiradito, which I thought was overkill with the citrus but the Hokkaido scallops was fresh and silky. I also had the Ribeye skewers with the "spicy" peanut sauce, but it really was not spicy at all. If you're gonna say it is spicy, you gotta bring the heat! I had to order additional hot sauce and they were all delicioso!

My favorite part of my dinner was the Dia de Los Muertos dessert. I loved the surprise factor in the center of the chocolate. A truly amazing end to my dinner.

Fantastic. Excellent. Amazing.

Our group was down in LA for a Clippers game. We showed up and were seated at a great table with views of the kitchen and the Los Angeles skyline. We were greeted by Kay, who is one of the top 2 or 3 servers any of us have had. She was smart, funny, made great recommendations, and accommodated our requests. She was part of the reason that dinner was so great.

The food was outstanding. We shared 8 dishes and every dish was surprising, unique and delicious. The quality came through in every bite and it was clear that the chef knew exactly how to blend tastes to create a unique food.

We will definitely be back - for the food and for the service. You must stop and try Corteza at Sendero.

Sadly, I don't think I would recommend this restaurant. The service was very, very bad. I booked a reservation 3 weeks in advance and initially our party of 5 was seated in the BAR for dinner at a table that was about 2 feet high! They literally expected us to eat dinner hunched over on this little cocktail table. I think they were trying to give the bartender a table or something? It was really weird. We asked if it was possible to move to the diningroom. So then the bartender was waiting on us in the diningroom and basically "forgot" about us. It was the most bizarre evening ever. The view was great, the drinks and food were really good but the horrible service was so bad I just would rather go somewhere else.

Amazing views and food was exquisite!! The hospitality was simply the best. Can't wait to to go back!

The welcome was on par with the Ritz Carlton, and even though our dining experience wasn't outstanding, we believe this isn't the norm.

The food and service was excellent... we were disappointed when we were told we couldn't bring our drinks we had just purchased at the bar on floor level. We asked if we could take our drink it to the restaurant and we were told yes???
