My family ordered a seafood stew and a pancake, and they were spot on. Highly recommend to come by, especially in the cold weather. The server was so nice, she helped us cut seafood into pieces and even gave a sweet rice drink for free.
I first came here in March and immediately fell in love. We don’t have many spots in the Bay that serve marinated crab (yet, but they’re coming up!) and my first experience at another restaurant wasn’t good, so I was determined to try it again somewhere reputable. The marinated crab here is outstanding, probably the best we’ve ever tried. It’s spicy, flavorful, and definitely the highlight of the menu. However, the Sea Urchin rice was a letdown. We ordered the medium size, but the portion was unexpectedly tiny—smaller than two pieces of sushi. For the price charged, it should come with more substance. Overall, Crab House is worth visiting for the marinated crab, which truly shines, but I’d skip the Sea Urchin rice unless portion...
