Horrible customer service. Avoid at all costs. Their website says the "lunchbox special" comes with a personal pizza including up to 3 toppings, wings and drink. They canceled by order, saying that I needed to pay 50 cents per topping, and $1.50 extra for the drink, all of which is supposed to be included, according to their own website. Here's an idea: maybe don't advertise a special if you can't afford to offer it. Obviously they are struggling and so they try to rip off their customers with deceitful promotions. Will never order from them again. I used to be a fan and ordered several times per month, but something has changed, and there are much better options around. You suck, Crispy Crust. I hope your business fails and closes. You'd deserve it.

In this place we went with my children to buy a pizza for my daughter's birthday and I bought a pizza at the place and paid with a card and they overcharged me like ten dollars more. Be careful when paid.

I worked there and if I didn't make it or cook it I wasn't eating there. Dead flies in food because due to non working refrigerators, fellow employees making pizza with spoiled products knowing they are spoiled.

Bad bad bad experience. I ordered for delivery and the order never arrived. Of course they did the charge $$. I went physically to pick up AND already closed the place, earlier than the hour of closing. ????

I purchased online and went to go pick it up, only to find it closed at 6pm on a sunday. This company is completely undependable and will steal from you.

RISKY !

This used to be my goto pizza and wing place in Hollywood for the past decade. Ever since the change in owners, it's not the same. Quality, service, and overall generality. This place has been closed for the past month or two and has no notice of when it'll open. I'm sure they will stay closed. I wish the previous owner Art and his son all the best, they really were great owners. It makes me sad to think the legendary crispy crust ended like this. RIP spicy BBQ wings, you will be missed.

Is this place even still open for business? I ordered a pizza online, went to pick it up, only to find it closed. I’ve tried calling multiple times, and have never gotten ahold of anyone there... but they kept my money...UPDATE: This place is definitely out of business... or just so happens to have been closed every time I've driven by it since making my order...

Pizza is amazing, they use Wisconson cheese which is what makes it the best. HOWEVER, we only order from here very rarely because of how hard it is to park anywhere nearby if picking up. Their entire parking lot is taken over by a guy that charges for valet parking. So if picking up a pizza, expect to walk a few blocks. They don't currently offer delivery. Great pizza, but hard to get it. We'd order every weekend if parking wasn't a huge ordeal. Fri/Sat nights, the lot is full.

This was my other go to pizza place in the area. Unfortunately they too have decided to outsource their delivery services through Slice. I never got my pizza. No one answered the phone at the restaurant. Today I've been on the phone for almost an hour trying to get a refund and they can't because the restaurant is "closed due to weather conditions" and cannot get a manager to verify... it's a 80 degree day in Los Angeles. They did however track my pizza to this location, but seemed perplexed that I did not search the perimeter of my building... because historically pizza is usually delivered to the outside of apartment buildings and not to the apartment itself. Once getting a pizza delivered becomes this problematic... you don't want to try again. Also could you guys maybe turn off your web ordering when you're closed?

The new owners have ruined this place! Used to love it but now the service and quality of food has gone down hill. RIP
