Chicken quesadillas for 25.00 I would expect a nice serving, instead I trimmed several inches of tortillas off of each piece. It was empty only tortillas.

Surprisingly good quality food and service (my expectations are low when it comes to airport dining, but this place would be good even if it weren't at the airport!). I hope they keep up the great work!

For airport food it can't be beat, and as a born and bred Californian, the Tri Tip sandwich hits home. Griselda was an absolute pleasure of a server!

I am 48 years old. Had 2 beers and 2 1 oz whiskeys. This is the first time in my life I have been denied another drink. AKA cutoff. Disappointing. I work in this industry and will respect the decision. I will walk the 20 minutes to the other terminal next time.

AVOID! VERY LOUD MUSIC! This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Unfortunately, this seems to be the only place in the airport where you can actually get something to eat, so there’s no choice. The music at the bar—the only spot where you can charge your phone—is so loud that it feels more like a sports bar or nightclub than an airport. People are drinking spirits and alcohol loudly, and I would assume there should be some regulations on music volume and alcohol consumption in such public spaces.

After sitting there for a while, I developed a horrible headache. I had a conference call, so I decided to move to a quieter table in the same bar area. The waiters rudely interrupted me, shouting and accusing me in front of everyone that I hadn’t paid my bill—even though I hadn’t finished my meal or left yet. I politely told them to let me finish my call and that I was still in the restaurant and would settle everything afterward. They ignored me, continued to shout, and embarrassed me publicly. It seems they have lost the ability to speak quietly after working in such a loud environment all day.

This is very rude and unprofessional. The staff show no manners or common sense, failing to understand that an airport is not a nightclub. There are also infants, children, and business travelers who need a quiet environment, but this place provides none of that.

Very poor service. Our server was inattentive and unprofessional—he didn’t bring water until we asked twice and ignored our request for the check. It felt like we were being deliberately overlooked. Thankfully, another staff member stepped in and helped, but the overall experience was frustrating. Management should be aware that this kind of service reflects poorly on the business. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this place.
