I came to this place on a whim. Inside is very clean but small. Had a couple of tables on the inside and one table set outside. The ambience and the music is definitely a vibe. You can kick back and chill while enjoying your food. My cashier was very nice, he looked like a baby John Legend đđŸ. I went with his recommendation and was satisfied. I ordered the curry chicken pot pie. The crust was perfect ; nice and flaky. Savory for sure. Chicken was very tender plenty of vegetables. My only criticism is there wasnât enough moisture inside the pie. I was expecting a creamy inside, but it was pretty dry. I later on had the Keylime pie. The filling was very good not overly sweet. My only criticism is the crust was so brittle. It wasnât firm at all. It broke apart in the crumbs and I prefer my dessert pies to be more firm. However, the highlight of my meal were the chilies and gumbo samples. My overall top favorite is the rustic chili. It has a great amount of spice(aka kick) which I love when it comes to a chill. When I come back, I will definitely get that as my main entrĂ©e. My second favorite was the white chicken chili. Again very flavorful the chicken was tender loads of vegetables and spices. Itâs not nearly as spicy as the rustic so if youâre looking for something mild, I would go for this. Lastly, was the seafood gumbo, which I was unfortunately disappointed by. Not saying that it wasnât good. It just didnât live up to the other two. It had the spice it had the meat, and it had the vegetables, all of which were very good. But maybe after being so impressed with the rustic first and eating the seafood last that did something to my very bias taste budsđ€ I also had the zucchini salad, which was fine. Overall I enjoyed myself, I enjoyed the food and I highly recommend coming to this place. I most definitely will be coming back.đ©·đđ©·đ

I go to Handyâs Market in Burbank frequently just to have Crusteesâ banana pudding. I looked at the label today and saw it came from Crustees Bakery, and I felt compelled to come here and leave a review because itâs that good. This is hands down the best banana pudding Iâve ever had, so creamy, with the perfect balance of wafer, banana, and pudding. The texture and flavor are spot on every single time. Absolutely delicious!

Always wanted to visit this spot because i just love a good pot pie but never quite made it.
I did today though. #1 My Server and Staff(All 3 of them)-Extremely welcoming and great customer service. I cannot highlight that enough. I appreciate that. #2 i got the Shepard's Pie and took it to go. One bite in and they had me as a customer. Delicious. I cannot recommend them any more, they are definitely 5 Star in my opinion. I'm looking forward to returning to try the chili cheese and the chicken. I'll be trying the apple pie later on. I salute you all and thank you.

Talk about a perfect dessert experience! I just devoured a peach cobbler pie and it was absolutely divine. The crust was perfectly flaky, and the middle was incredibly moistâplus, it was served warm, which was the cherry on top.
The customer service was just as great. I was quickly greeted by a friendly man who clarified my order with some helpful follow-up questions. And to top it all off, there was some fantastic neo-soul/house music playing in the background, setting a super chill vibe. Honestly, a solid 5/5 all around!

I liked the pot pie a lot. I just wish it didnât have so many mixed vegetables in it. I hate mixed vegetables with a passion đ. I feel like the beef one should just be beef and potato.
The crust is top tier though!

Five-Star Review for Crustees in LA
Crustees is hands-down one of the best culinary gems in LA! Every dish here is crafted with care and packed with flavor. The Shepherdâs Pie is nothing short of perfection â hearty, savory, and comforting in every bite. And donât even get me started on the Key Lime Pie â it tastes so authentic that youâd swear it was flown in straight from Key West!
The Chicken Pot Pie is a timeless classic â flaky, rich, and absolutely satisfying. Pairing the Chili with the Jalapeño Cornbread is a stroke of genius â the perfect balance of warmth and spice that leaves you wanting more.
And if youâre ordering the Peach Cobbler, do yourself a favor and get two scoops of ice cream â because, why not? The sweetness and buttery crust paired with the cool, creamy ice cream is pure indulgence.
Honestly, I recommend you come here and try everything on the menu. Crustees doesnât just make food â they make comfort. Five stars all the way!
Their chilli is delicious đ and they have amazing customer service. But please stay away from their banana pudding it is horrible đ«đ« tastes like jello pudding... waaaay to sweet... wafers were soggy... 1 slice of banana (literally one tiny slice) BUT... THE CHILI AND they have this strawberry đ peach đ lemonade đ that is sooo good! Oh the cornbread is delicious too đ„°
I have not been to the restaurant, but I buy the key lime pie from Handy Market in Burbank. This is the best key lime pie in LA.
