The place was a very pretty place but food wise I got the apple crumble pie. It wasn't really my forte because personally I just don't like apple pie. I like the crust and I will say the crust was like super good. It was super moist. It got so nice sweetness from the apples and what I did was I took the apples out. I threw them away. The apples did not taste bad. I just didn't like it so I threw the apples away. I put some ice cream in it you know and ate it like that. It was super delicious for those of y'all that just like the crust and don't like the feeling. Second of all the chicken pot pie, the first time I got it it was very unseasoned and there was no potatoes in it. There was I think carrots and peas in it and I just it wasn't favorable but the crust again always. That's why y'all called crusties cuz it's so good. Yeah cuz it's so good. The second time I got the curry chicken pot pie. That was amazing. I had great seasoning highly recommend. Service wise the service was decent like I went up to the store and this guy told me to wait. I said boy I'm a customer. One thing you're not about to do is tell me to wait but I wasn't. I didn't say that but I thought that cuz it was kind of like random and I was the only person in there. So like what am I waiting for but I just stood there because I don't know what's going on. So I said let me weigh my weight and I waited for like some 3 minutes and that was about it so nothing too much. I just think they should be very appealing in a little higher pitching their tone instead of being dull monotone like have an accommodating voice you know, yeah, thank you!

We loved this place. Order at the counter and either eat at the few tables inside or out or take home. We got the chicken curry pot pie and the beef pot pie and a jalapeno cheddar cornbread muffin as well as a plain one. The pot pies were ?. The crust was perfect and flaky and the filling had just the right amount of veggies. Super tasty. Half of us preferred the beef and the other half the chicken curry. The cornbread muffin were also delish, although we preferred the plain over the jalapeno. Half of us didn't like the pickled jalapeno on the top. It was too much and overpowered the corn flavor. we can't wait to go back. It may become a weekly treat.Vegetarian options: They have a vegetarian pot pie as well as veggie chili.Parking: Wasn't sure if we were allowed to park in the lot with Jerusalem Chicken but street parking was easy

Ordered delivery from here. The Shepard's Pie was delicious! The crust was amazing and the flavors were well-balanced. I saved half to warm up in the air fryer the next day and it tasted even better the second time! The banana pudding was also delicious. The flavor was perfect and I like that they put enough vanilla wafers in there! I only wish they put more banana slices in there. But the pudding tasted so darn good that I can't rate them less than 5 stars!

The food here is amazing. The pot pies are delicious, and the vegan pot pie is scrumptious to someone such as myself who isn’t plant based, but is lactose intolerant.I’m someone who believes in peace and conflict resolution through the use of words, and I would not hesitate to fist fight somebody for the last peach cobbler left if I ever showed up to the store and it came down to that.

Amazing pie joint. The chicken pot pie is so flavorful and perfect for these colder days ahead. A neighborhood staple, but also worth the drive for those of you unfamiliar with this part of LA.

I am so late to discover this amazing eatery specializing in tasty pot pies and flaky dessert cobblers! I saw an ad on FB, and we came today - and they are celebrating their 5 year anniversary today!!!We got a chicken pot pie and a beef pot pie! The chicken pot pie, the classic, was so fulfilling I felt loved! But the beef pot pie!! It had a tantalizing flavor I could not place, and I couldnt stop eating it!We then got the banana pudding and the nutter butter peanut butter pudding!! Light, rich, silky and satisfying! We couldn't stop!! Then we got several desserts to take home: peach cobbler, apple crisp cobbler and the pecan pumpkin pie! God help us!! $85 dollars later, with pies to take home - and we already are planning on coming back! There are so many more varieties to try: more types of pot pies including a special Thanksgiving pot pie, two types of chili, seafood gumbo, and so many more desserts!!!
