My brother went here ,and i asked him to get me a thai tea slushie. Which i have purchased from here many times through the years. But this time they decided to add something extra, a metal screw!! Thank god i didn't order any boba , or else i would have bit down, and chipped my teeth badly. Sure it could have been an accident, but when i went to talk to the manager, he had a huge smile on his face, and laughed the entire time. Never apologized ,or showed any concern. Instead he asked while laughing if i wanted a free drink , implying i was just trying to get a free boba drink that was less than 10 dollar. So think twice before ordering here , especially if you usually get boba in your drink. And you value your teeth!

Cup O Joy has always been one of my fave boba spots because of their range and service. It’s quick and easy to order, staff is usually nice and their drinks are so good. Some of my faves include their Thai Tea with pudding, Horchata slush, and Jasmine Milk Tea. I’m not a huge fan of boba, but I think Cup O Joys is just right in sweetness and texture. I always look forward to trying something new here (:

The milk tea tastes very average. The takeout order was delivered directly to the doorstep by the deliveryman without any packaging or plastic sealing. I can't imagine what milk tea has gone through. The food is very unsafe. Everyone who handles it can do anything. There is no such thing as food safety. Not recommended at all! ! ! !
The milk tea tastes terrible. The materials are very cheap! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! Close down soon! !

I got the brown sugar boba with almond milk. It was so good. I also got food: spring rolls, fried tofu, & fries. The food was alright. I would not come back for the food, but for the boba, heck yeah! I ate inside & it was okay. Clean. Staff was friendly.
Vegetarian options: Some vegetarian options including almond milk.

Amazing variety of milk tea, fruit tea, slushes, smoothies, and sea salt drinks. Sizable snack menu as well, with a few vegetarian options (spring rolls, mushroom plate, and crispy tofu!).
Located in a small strip mall a half mile down from Exposition Park and USC, a nice option for takeout.

I paid .75 cents for red bean, wished they put more red bean. It was kinda a little bit for the price.
Sucks! :( just sugar milk! no flavor at all. and they only put like 5 bobas in the cups. i was so sad all 3 tasted exactly the same.
My go to Boba spot, my entire family of 7 loves it!
Parking: They have 2/3 slots available for Cup of Joy customers. Sometimes the lot is empty sometimes it’s not. Parking isn’t the best, but I can usually find something for my quick pick up.
Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs at all
