This place really embodies la vie en rose. It's vibrant, the staff are really friendly and helpful, and the food is insanely good. Can't wait to try something else on their menu!

i walked in to buy beignets there was none so my dad orders a latte while outside on the patio drinking our lattes, the owner came rushing out saying “can i help you” as in asking me and my dad to leave i overall felt very discriminated since she was not acting like that with any other customer but me and my dad.

Very rude staff up front. Came in to see if they had beignets, they didn’t i did order a latte, As i walked out to finish my latte on the patio, the staff basically asked me and my daughter to leave. Felt very unwelcome. Last time i visit this establishment. A group of friends were sitting inside having brunch as this happened. Unbelievable.

I love Delices du Chef and we were so happy to find this little piece of France in LA. Now that we have moved back to France, when we return to LA for business, we come back to Delices for a taste home. Their croissants are delicious but also love their croque madame which 100% authentic. And check out their fruit-like pastries! Service is so french and fun. We love Delices du Chef.

I just had a delicious lunch. Avocado toast with diced beets, smoked salmon and a perfectly poached egg on top. Every part of it was on point: speed of service, presentation, flavor. People with me had the croque madame which is a larger plate and more filling. It comes with fries or salad. This is just such a great addition to the area. The people are genuinely French, very welcoming and they know what they are doing.
Highly recommend.

It is not a person that makes American baking good and put a French name to their place. Just ask the people that run it! They are from France!

We went there the 1st week for my wife’s birthday and returned the next year for the same reason. The ingredients are imported from France. The food is more expensive but to get something that tastes this French, you will have to fly to France to get something close to it. So this restaurant is not as expensive if you see it that way 👌

The food itself is not bad, and the quality is quite good. It’s nice to have a French restaurant in Torrance that offers decent flavor at a reasonable price.

That said, my first impression made it hard for me to want to return, as I personally felt uncomfortable with serving.

Love the croissant benedict, escargot, French baguette and jam, just to name a few. Food is always presented beautifully and just as delicious. Service is good and friendly. Restaurant is always clean.
I love that you can take home ready prepared foods for reheating (the soups are just perfection), and other French deli and bakery items.
I highly recommend you dine here for breakfast, lunch and now open wor weekend dinner!

Ce restaurant est exceptionnel, le menu est excellent!
Our friend who just went to this place the day before recommended for us to go again the following day for dinner. A cute little French cafe with excellent service. Veronique was so hospitable, warm and kind. She makes you feel right at home and cared for. The food was delicious, but the service was the icing on the cake with a cherry on top, making the whole experience wonderful. We whet our palates with an adorable mini cup of amuse-bouche, which tasted like shredded duck underneath a bed of delectable whipped potatoes. It was delish and left you wanting more. Our party had the warm and comforting Ratatouille, the delicious and flavorful French Onion Soup, Le Steak au Poivre, Pork Belly, Roasted Black Cod en Croûte which was light and tasty along with my dish, the Canard Confit which was so decadent and tasty. The duck was seasoned to perfection and paired so well with the sweet and sour date sauce resting in the spoon push of celeri root mousseline and topped with honey roasted dates. Beautiful plating for all the dishes.
The girls ordered desserts which were decadent and divine. Veronique escorted them to the display case to pick out their choices and even added a sweet special little something to their plate. They were in awe and enjoyed every single bite!
Overall, this was an excellent first-time experience for us all! We thoroughly enjoyed it and will be coming back again and again!

We have gone here about 5 times now. Every single time, the food was spectacular.

My favorite is the butternut risotto. Perfect portion size. Very flavorful.

The deserts are beautiful to look at, and tastes just as good as they look.

The server with the short white hair is very friendly and energetic. She is also the reason why I go back there. I love her customer service.
