Love this place, me and my brother go here for lunch any time we are in the office. Best burger and fries. Affordable too. People giving lower stars because of things like homeless people, you’re in DTLA.… that could happen at any restaurant. Also, ppl complaining about service and getting the order wrong. Never had that happen to me, always have been exceptionally nice.

Google should allow us to give half stars ? if they did the food would get 4.5 stars. Burgers are fresh and juicy very good almost perfect. The garlic fries are REAL garlic fries not just fries with garlic powder sprinkles on them.
This place is good as heck! Old school food spot. Great burgers three turkey burger is fire. It's reasonably priced. The cook we had was great and you can see your food get made. You may smell like food is the only downfall for some people but I didn't mind and keep in mind you can place your order to go or get to order ahead to avoid this. The place is a good place to eat.
Vegetarian options: Veggies burger and turkey burger although I knew this asked for turkey burger.
Within walking distance from the Biltmore hotel in downtown L.A. Me and my folks ordered Philly cheesesteaks with fries for dinner and some breakfast burritos to go to eat before our flight the following day. Be very mindful if you go out at night as the area is swarming with homeless people. A homeless man actually walked inside while we were eating and stood over us nonverbally asking us if we could get him some food. We ignored him and he walked out the door. Besides this one incident, the food turned out well and was delicious.
The service there sucks, all the coworkers do is flirt with one another and messes up your order. I keep trying and within 3 months period my order been messed up 8 times, and the lady gets a attitude when you tell them

So I was excited about the weekend hours my first visit the food was ok. But when I received my $$$ milk shake and it was in a small fountain drink cup I thought to myself. Well They can basically charge what they want being 1 of the only late night diners in the busy downtown area. Fastforward 2 days later my friend did a pick up order I got the same chicken and waffles plate only this time the waffles had black rings on them like they were made in a dirty iron. Desperate times call for Desperate measures. Will order again when there's no other option. I guess!
Parking: The Randolph lofts across the street have no tenants parking so the street is usually impossible to find parking for any other business on the street. Sometimes people will just stop and put there hazards on jump out and run into the smoke shop across the street and other businesses.
