Haven't been here for years, but food is still good. They got rid of blowfish. Everything else was same.

Like someone else's review, the monkfish stew is not that good. But other menus are okay.Be sure to try Bokkiri and monkfish tangsu.Bokri is so refreshing and deliciousThe sweet and sour fish is crunchy and completely melts in your mouth.Grilled eel is also good. It's a regular place so I hope the restaurant doesn't close and stays in business for a long time.

I asked to split 복지리 to one of waitresses since I was with my customers and wanted to serve them better. The waitress told me I should do and left. I wish I could leave tip just a penny. Horrible experience.

This used to be the place I took my family and friends from out of town to showcase LA. However, after tonight's bad service and bad food, I will NOT be returning. The place was nearly empty tonight, yet we had to constantly ask for service.Worst of all, the food that I paid $200 for was "fishy" (비린내).Huge disappointment. Hunting for another puffer fish place.

Back in the day, Koreatown had this BBQ spot called Safety Zone. It was just a parking lot but had such an authentic Korean vibe. Fast forward to now, and there are these awesome container-style places with killer views of downtown LA. Honestly, if you're in the mood for some soju (and more soju), this is the place to be!

Seriously underrated food. First, let me state that I always judge a restaurant by how clean their bathroom is, if it's Korean, how good their banchan is, and more importantly, their "kimchi." This restaurant passed my test. The food exceeded my expectation. The service was good. We came at an off time around 3pm. They have an amazing lunch deal up to 3pm which we took advantage of. I ordered the agujjim & haemultang. Rice was fried for us on the table. The food was so good that we came back another time in the same week. This time we ordered the spicy squid & pork belly - delicious. They know how to make authentic Korean seafood. The entire menu is in Korean so you know they're legit - that means ajjummas and ajjushis come. If you're non-Korean you need a Korean friend to read the menu to you. But the servers speak English. Great place for spicy food and soju at night. A bit out of the way but it's worth the trip. I almost didn't want to leave a review because I don't want everybody to start coming here creating a wait and demand. If you want food that's not sweet but savory and authentic Korean, this is the place!

I love this place! The sashimi combo comes with so much food and the sashimi is super fresh! The servers are very friendly and quick with their service. The price is pretty pricey but you are paying for fresh seafood. I am a regular!

They had an outdoor BBQ area in the back. Super friendly service. Amazing pork BBQ. Great ambiance. Highly recommend if you want a true Korean style BBQ.

Nice steamed monkfish and monkfish soup combo. Clean taste! Authentic Korean flavors. Nice side dishes too.
