got the matcha einspanner one with regular milk and one with oat! the oat is definitely better because you can taste the matcha more. Definitely would come again for this drink; so creamy and perfect enough to satisfy a matcha craving.
Only downside would be the extremely tight parking and crowded atmosphere inside the cafe when there’s a rush. Other than that staff was extremely friendly and patient too!

I like
I'm excited to go back and try some tea! I decided on the Hazelnut Latte. The coffee was really good. This place gets busy! Give yourself some time to order.
Parking: Scare parking, shop is in a busy shopping center. Compact parking spots.

Love this place
Ordered the hojicha einspanner, it tastes quite astringent, and the cream is overly rich. After drinking, my mouth feels dry and uncomfortable. It's also excessively sweet, and I'm not sure what kind of sweetener was used, but it leaves an unpleasant, cloying aftertaste. The atmosphere is good tho

By far my favorite café in Southern California. The teas were amazing, but be prepared for long queues. The café is quite small, tucked into a tiny strip mall in K-Town. We visited twice and tried the mango cream matcha (which was a 10/10). The matcha was phenomenal, and the mango added a delightful twist. We also had the strawberry einspener, which was more like strawberry milk with cream and chunks of strawberry—both were delicious and tied for the best. The baristas were friendly, but finding a seat is definitely a challenge. Even with the wait, this café in the heart of Koreatown is well worth it and easily my favorite cafe that I have been to in a while.
Vegetarian options: There are alternative milks available.
Dietary restrictions: Ask a barista for any dietary restrictions.
Parking: Free parking lot.
Kid-friendliness: This is a kid friendly cafe.
Wheelchair accessibility: This is a wheelchair accessible cafe.

ONE OF THE BEST MATCHAS EVER??????? I got the coconut matcha, and it did not taste diluted at all, better than the normal matcha latte in my opinion! GET

This particular review is regarding food safety. As someone who’s worked in food service forever and has also gotten sick from poor handling, I have to post this. After coming here 3 times, during busy and non-peak hours, despite the drinks being good, the workers really don’t wash their hands often enough and food safety definitely isn’t a priority.
- The female workers wear their hair down while making drinks, and many of the other workers will literally rub their noses and continue making drinks/handling food.
- We’ve seen multiple workers touching their phones/face/rubbing their nose/scratching their face/scratching their heads (ew!) and continue making drinks, touching the corners of the cup with those same unwashed hands or even hair brushing against it.
- Another thing: many of them can be seen wearing jewelry on their hands as well and ServSafe says you can only wear one plain wedding band.
I’m assuming everyone who works here has to have a food permit to work so just wanted to see how so much seemed to have slipped under the cracks. I appreciate the transparent layout so we can watch our drinks being made, but that being said, it’s important that they are being safely made.
I get it, maybe things get too busy or maybe people forget, but even after sitting and chatting with friends and still seeing unsanitary behavior, it was cringey to all of us and it has really changed how we felt about coming here. I’ll change my review if I see the change, but until then, they need to do better.
