We stopped by DAMO on a whim one Saturday afternoon. Given its popularity, we weren’t surprised by the line. It was so packed that we could barely squeeze to the counter to order. We got the matcha latte and strawberry matcha latte with cream top. I was very impressed that they whisk the matcha in a matcha bowl for every order. The matcha taste is definitely much more defined! The Einspanner Latte and Matcha Einspanner Lattes are SO smooooth. Highly recommend! We went at around 8:30am on a weekday and were able to find easy parking in the plaza. Service was friendly and quick.
Decent. I got the plain matcha latte, it wasn't very sweet so if you like your matcha on the sweeter side, then the matcha here may not be for you. However, I also tried the strawberry matcha einspanner, it was really good, my partner enjoyed it a lot. The only downside was that the drink was nearly $9.
