I wouldn’t say this is a disappointment like others. I also went when the line wasn’t long and we got one strawberry matcha and one einspanner and the einspanner was better in my opinion. If you’ve had about time it was similar, but smaller as well. I approve and it’s not bad. Nothing to gag about but it’s pretty good and it’s a lighter einspanner compared to other ppl

Overrated Matcha Spot

We visited Damo because it is famous for its matcha, but honestly, it was a disappointment.

First, parking is a big problem — even though there is a small lot in front, it’s almost always full. Then comes the long line: we had to wait around 30 minutes (15–20 minutes outside in the heat, plus another 10–15 minutes inside). For just a cup of matcha, that’s too much. They should really add more staff on weekends...

Some of the best matcha in the city if you like real matcha not that stuff Starbucks sells. Gets really crowded at times with people taking their pic for IG. Their coffee is also delicious. There could be a line out the door on weekends which sucks.
