Security was extremely rude we went in to be self seated and almost crossed a threshold we didn’t know existed and got yelled at for no reason ruined our appetite and experience . Security shouldn’t be addressing customers at all due to their lack of customer service .

Edgar the manager there is super rude. I came in to play games and he refused me and my brothers to come in simply stating that this place is an “adult Chuck E. Cheese” I thought this place is for kids but I was told otherwise this is horrible service and I am extremely disappointed do not go here with kids so mean. Him and his security detail also surrounded us at the entrance in a very threatening way when all we did was walk in and try to play games with our 150 dollar pass we used. THEY DID THIS TO A 10 YEAR OLD

We visited Dave & Buster’s on a weekday with our toddler, and it was a frustrating experience for families with small children. Only the bar area was open, which has high tables and stools not safe or comfortable for toddlers. Booster seats don’t reach the table, and high chairs hit the baby’s head on the table edge. We asked the host if we could sit in a nearby empty booth, since it would be easier for our child to eat, but she gave us attitude and said no, even though the booths were clearly empty. We sat there anyway because it just made more sense for our baby’s safety and comfort. There was only one waiter for the entire section. She was really trying her best, but the place was clearly understaffed, and service was very slow. Our table wasn’t cleaned properly we had to wipe it down ourselves, so bring your own wipes if you're bringing kids. Overall, this spot might work for adults or couples, but if you're visiting with a toddler especially on a weekday, I don’t recommend it. It’s not set up for young children, and staff support is lacking.

Says close @1am but the games can’t be played after 11:59pm
Average sports bar food, great happy hour prices, during rush periods it is difficult to get good service, the drinks taste rushed no time to garnish, food can take 20-30 minutes and often comes out wrong. If you go a weekday it’s a completely different experience than a Saturday night don’t waste your weekend

JP is the man!! He helped resolved a broken machine and I’ll 100% be returning to this D&B location because of his 10/10

I took my two sons and two nieces (all teenagers) here on a Friday around 4pm. It wasn’t very busy at this time; which is why I couldn’t understand why it took so long (15 mins) for the server to approach our table after we were seated. The first thing he said was he needed to hold a credit card before he could take my order. Mind you, I had already purchased four eat&play packages, so it totally confused me as to why he needed my card in advance. With that being said, even though the food was good and my teens had fun, I can’t say that the overall experience was good; no, not for the $300 that I spent. In the future, I will stick to the Long Beach location.

The bartender was AMAZING. Can't remember his name but his favorite drink to make was the Cadillac. I got mine with Mezcal. It was pretty perfect. He's the only reason for any stars above one. We were a large group so we expected a bit of a wait. We were told 20 minutes and we were seated pretty close to that but the waitress didn't come to take our order for another half hour after that. The initial food came out pretty quickly but it was trash. DO NOT order the game day meal. 100% NOT worth it. They forgot something from every table (we had 5 combined tables) or brought us food from other people's table. It's been a week and I know that there were some food items that were ok but can't remember them bc the bad was sooooo bad. We were chastised by the bar waiter for continuing to order from the bar where we had an open tab. I guess he was upset bc someone else was getting the tip he wanted but he was rude whereas the bartender who was actually making the drinks was wonderful. The girl apologized for the errors in the kitchen but then went in to charge us double for trash food, including single items on multiple tickets. One of our tables spoke with the manager who said he'd comp some of their items (that they didn't receive) so I guess that was her way of getting it back on the bill. If you're going to the bar or to play games, go for it. I would never eat there again.

Food was good! Never had an issue. Drink delish as always as well. Someone was always on the floor fixing games and or picking up after the customers. Restrooms could be a bit cleaner but overall a good experience!
