Just nervous because of a past experience. I was forced not to tell what happened or I can be sued. I was told this by corporate ins. People. My kids love the games and I won't live in fear. But I'm still scared a bit. I was offered me gift cards which I never redeemed and no I never got any cash. I hate having to stay silent. By force. That's not right!

I reached out to the events team regarding our experience and have been ghosted. Despite finding the time to email and call me multiple times a day leading up to the event, they now can't seem to find the time to return my attempts to reach them.This was one of the most disorganized team events I have ever coordinated.As instructed, I arrived at Dave and Buster's ahead of our group to get the check-in process started for our 6:30 reservation. When I got to the host stand, I was told to sit anywhere as it was currently open seating. I explained that we had a reservation for 20 people and again, the host gestured for me to find a table anywhere. After a few back and forths this way I explained that we had an event reservation and that I had already paid a deposit for it.At this point, she called the manager up to assist. We spoke briefly, and after he was not able to bring up our reservation on his tablet, he said he would be right back. He returned a few minutes later with a printed piece of paper with our contract info, said he would prepare our space and be right back. Shortly after, he returned saying that our table was being used for another large party and they would be putting us in a room instead. He lead us to a room and said he would be back with paperwork shortly.A server came in and told us she would be taking care of the group, but that she had 3 other large parties and wasn't sure when she would be back. She was curt with me at every interaction and when I tried to ask questions, she said she had no idea, and no one had told her the event was happening.After waiting 45 minutes, I caught the manager and he came right in to take our orders. When I had chatted with JOELLE JOSEPH about this booking, she ensured me that vegetarian substitutions would be available, but when our group tried to order those items we were told they were not on the menu.Edgar was able to accommodate the cheese quesadilla and flatbread, but none of the other options.We finally received the "unlimited soft drinks", which came as two drink towers filled with warm soda and lemonade. No ice was offered. Food was delivered at ~8:30 and we began receiving the game cards shortly after.I would like to compliment Edgar for doing his best to make the event work despite the circumstances and being understaffed. He was kind, easy to communicate with and did his best to accommodate.I would not recommend booking an event with Dave and Buster's to friends or colleagues as this experience was difficult from start to finish and I was extremely disappointed with the situation.

The waiter took ages to arrive, it took forever to then tell us that one of the beers were unavailable and then we proceeded to ask for the canned version of that beer and they took another 5 or so minutes to tell us that they also didn’t have that so we left without anything. Waste of time.

The american hamburger that i ordered was absolute dookie water. Service was okay, staff was nice but food came more than 40 minutes after ordering. Didnt seem ghetto , cool people around.

We celebrated my son's birthday. It was an excellent decision. We chose the deluxe service with an exclusive room for us.The food was very abundant and very delicious. It included pizza, fries, cheeseburgers and chicken nuggets. We added some trays with other options. They gave us all the necessary, non-disposable dishes. Including utensils for the cake (which we brought).The hostess was very helpful, dedicated to us. She was always attentive to refilling the drink, which was free, and to our needs.The children and adults had a lot of fun with the games. We added the free play pack in the blue attractions. That way they wouldn't run out of credit. I was surprised that everyone was able to redeem very cute toys (not like most places where it takes thousands of points for a slime).
This location was much better than the Hollywood location! We ordered the chicken nachos, and they were...okay. the bottom had zero cheese or ingredients, the toppings weren't that flavorful, and the sauce was a little much...just add more cheese ? my son raved over the churros with the chocolate and caramel dipping sauces though! We also got the fried pickles and they were THE saltiest fried pickles I've ever had in my life....they gave us ranch which was not helping the salt factor, but they also brought sour cream which offset the salt a bit, which was a nice relief. The drinks, however, were always delicious! Service was amazing as well.
i don't go for the food , so no stars . i just go to play & for the drinks! the drinks are always well made & you can actually taste the liquor in them . last time i went , we stayed pass 10 & for the first time ever as security came & asked for my cousins age . like sir we know that after 10pm no one under 21 is allowed , but i get it just doing the job but it was weird since we've been going there for 2years now & that was the first time

It was my son’s birthday. The three of us went for dinner and fun. We were not disappointed. The nachos, burgers and fries did not disappoint, they were great. While my kids went to the arcade, I hung out at the bar. I am not a drinker but the bartender took the time to make me a great cup of coffee.
