Service was fast. Chicken was cold, so cold it didn’t melt the cheese. No seasoning on chicken. A dust bit that’s the flavor of the chicken. The fries were ok. Sauce was ok. First time going won’t be back. Richardson, TX location. Disappointed.

The food was amazing! It was our first time and we loved it. The service needs a lot of work. There was a line but it moved fast and we were quick to place our order. It took 40 minutes to receive the food after ordering. Everyone else was receiving their food after a reasonable wait time except me and the couple that ordered right after us. I had to ask at the 30 min mark and then finally received it at 40 min. We ordered to eat in but received it all in a take out bag. We ordered a #1 (received a #1 but charged a #2 on the receipt) a #3 ( but only received 1 slider, tender was missing) and a #4 (but received and extra slider). We made it work since we got the total # of chickens that we asked for and could not wait any longer for them to correct it. The dining room is a mess! We were there for well over an hour and not once did anyone come out to wipe down tables as diners were leaving. Everyone that came in had to sit at a dirty table if they wanted to dine in. An employee, in uniform, was eating at the far back right corner table during dinner rush ( Friday night 5:30). When the employee finished they also did not wipe down the table and left it dirty for the next diner. The overall service is unimpressive for a location that just recently opened (Cicero, NY). We will go back because the food was fabulous but we will not be dining in and will definitely check our order before leaving.

This location really sucks. Chicken wasn’t seasoned or cooked well. No parking. If you guys are in the area and craving this then my go-to Dave’s Hot Chicken location is the one in East Hollywood @Western. Like a mile away from this location! 100% satisfaction guaranteed!

If you like crunchy, yet juicy chicken with a little kick, then Dave's is the spot! It's the place I always think of whenever I crave a spicy chicken sandwich. I come here pretty often and it's usually very consistent and good!
The food was delicious and the service was quick and efficient. A cool spot to grab a bite to eat in Koreatown LA. Would highly recommend.

I should've turned around after walking in and seeing how filthy the place was but my wife was hangry so we ended up ordering ... I ordered the two slider combo with fries spice level extra hot and my wife ordered the one slider combo with fries with a spice level of mild ... upon receiving our order my wife's meal was incorrect ... she received a tender combo .. luckily the manager was a great help and had the crew in the back prepare the correct order which was really nice of her ... the food was made to order and came out nice and hot .. unfortunately for me I don't like sweet tasting "hot/spicy" food and I prefer a sauce instead of a powder/seasoning .. I initially wanted howling rays and in comparison to that establishment .. this place isn't even touching them in the slightest bit when it comes to flavor (restroom was also very very very filthy)
