My experience today was great today. I've been to this location several times . The food is always great. Today, their customer service was excellent. On my receipt, it says a young lady, Emerald V, served me. I want to say she was pleasant and very polite. Thank you 😊

It's been several months since I returned from my trip to Los Angeles, and yet, I still have a taste for the delicious burgers from Dave's Hot Chicken
I have trouble with American food and products, but this is by far the first fast food that I really enjoyed! my mouth is watering

I ordered online and received the wrong order. When I called the store about this “Esmeralda” answered and I told her how I got the wrong order and she followed up being rude and telling me to “come get it”. That defeats the purpose of me ordering delivery since I’m at work. There was silence for a period and she hung up in my face. Following I tired contacting the store again and there was no answer. No one answered till I called from a different number and then after hearing my voice they hung up again. I never got loud or disrespectful but this is how their employees are…
I did asked to speak to a manager when I did get through to the store again but again. Hung up in my face. So don’t go eat that mid chicken and trash fires…
