Amazing chicken sandwich, fried to order. The slaw that’s on top is perfect, it has a little bit of cilantro and jalapeño. I got the hot, and I like spicy, I think next time I will get the extreme. Amazing mouth numbing spice from the Szechuan peppercorn, all the flavors work really well together. Since the chicken is really oversized I would recommend getting an extra sauce to dip it in, either the hot honey or the daybird sauce. I was too excited from how good it smelled...
Daybird serves up some pretty large and juicy Szechuan chicken sandwiches. The sandwich features a Jidori chicken thigh fried in rice bran oil and house-made spicy slaw on a Martin's potato bun. You can choose 5 different spice level options: no heat, mild, medium, hot, or extreme. I went with medium and it had a nice kick, but wasn't overwhelmingly spicy.

they bring extremely hot you have wait at least 25 min to even bite a little bit, too much spice too hot, nothing special for this price, location horrible and no AC + smells terrible, no place to sit.. honestly don't wanna come back ever again.
