The food was excellent, when we finally received it. Absolutely unacceptable time from being seated until order taken until meal delivered. Although I am a Landry's Loyalty cardholder and have frequented other restaurants in the network, and generally receive good service, this was an outlier. However, in all fairness, our server did make certain course corrections, but the disappointment had already set in.

Went for dine la and service was terrible. They are closing in a week so it makes sense now

Four of us got steaks, all overcooked. Asked for medium rare, and they were medium to medium well. Salads came on top of appetizers, and the three side dishes we ordered were forgotten until 3/4 of the way through our dinner. If the waiter would have come by sooner, we could have alerted him. We had to ask every time for more water. The restaurant was moderately busy and seemed to be understaffed.

I had a Great Dinning Experience!!! My porterhouse steak was excellent! The assistant manager and the manager were extremely attentive!

One of the best steak experiences that my family and I have ever had. Drew was absolutely incredible and really took care of us. He made sure that all of our questions were answered and paid close attention to our needs. Recommendations were spot on. We had a couple of steaks, seared Ahi, baked potato, broccoli, wild mushrooms, and the incredible appetizers of calamari, and wagyu meatball. Was shocked to hear that it was closing.😭

I've never had a bad experience at Del Frisco. Definitely one of the best restaurants hands down. The food is beyond delicious and the service is alway top notch!

The service was terrible, no service at all! And my credit card got fraud by the restaurant, they charged 10% more of my spending with tips!

Best steak I’ve had ever! Good service as well.

Excellent food and superb service. The dress code was not strictly enforced. There were diners in shorts & hoodies.

It was Father's Day and the restaurant was busy but that didn't slow anyone down. The entire staff was outstanding and the food amazing. I could not have asked for a better experience.

There was great service, and the steak was just unbeatable. We loved that place,100% recommended for filet mignon!! They asked if we were there for a special occasion, and they gave us a free cheesecake!!!! Over all, this experience at Del Frisco’s Steakhouse, was incredible!!!!

I’ve dined here numerous times before, but last night will be my very last night I ever dine at Del Frisco‘s in Los Angeles. What a huge disappointment. no wonder this humongous restaurant that seats hundreds had 10 people dining including us

Made reservations here for my wife and I anniversary although the happy anniversary card that we were presented was a warm, welcoming gesture that’s about the extent of things that went well with dinner

The service was absolutely horrible. I don’t understand how there’s only 3 tables in the whole restaurant eating. The food was pretty terrible had nothing but problems with the order. a $90 dollar 24 ounce medium temperature porterhouse and out come a 16 ounce very small porterhouse was served completely rare and room
Temp. Had to ask for water had to ask for bread. Had half the portion of lobster Mac n cheese left over we were going to take home. While my wife is looking at the desert menu the waiter just decides to take it off the table didn’t ask us if we wanted it to go just took it. We’re like all right whatever on top of that serving wine at $17 a glass when the entire bottle is $12 at any store but I get that. What I don’t get is if you have three tables dining in a restaurant you think you’d get exceptional service you’ve lost me for life. Didn’t wanna make a fuss and send the steak back, but you guys screwed this one up super bad. I’m a food science and meat science major from Kansas. We know our steak I could take you a live cow and cut you half a dozen better porterhouse that garbage you served last night while the quality andnpalatabilitu was good was 16 ounce at the most and the rarest steak I’ve ever seen in 40 years of eating steak.

Been coming to this location for years. This weekend we made an early (6:30) reservation to celebrate my wife and my 25th year wedding anniversary.
Coincidentally they were running a Memorial Day weekend special pre-fix meal.
We arrived and the restaurant had no more than 15 people dining.
The dinner rush for this restaurant usually doesn't kick in until near 8pm.
When we went to order we were advised that the special had been sold out during lunch, and that we would have to order off the regular menu. We asked to speak with manager who offered no help and advised us that they couldn't substitute as it would cause them to operate at a loss.
Tempted to leave I stuck it out to salvage our Anniversary dinner .
Our drink ordered didn't come out until late in the meal, my daughter's knife was dirty, and had to be replaced, and the bread didnt arrive until 20 minutes into the meal.

To me this felt like a bait and switch, which really hurt considering how much I have loved this place in the past, and how big an event this was for my family.

Needless to say this was a complete fail at twice the price.

Ryan, Drew, and Damiana were absolutely wonderful! The drinks were phenomenal. Very knowledgeable about the menu and were very sweet. Definitely check this place out! The menu is Devine!
