The breakfast burrito and roller were only half filled. Even though we were the only car in the drive-thru the service was unusually slow. I think they are cutting back on staff in preparation for the upcoming wage increase.

I ordered the snack tacos with extra cheese.And again they did not put extra cheese. I ordered two drinks and when I asked for a carrier they said we don't have any. Del taco is getting money and not providing quality service. If you like good food and good service do not go there.I went back to DEL.Tand the manager was very happy to provide me with snack tacos with extra cheese.The picture below depletes.What a snack taco should look like with extra cheese.

Luciano Diaz should get a promotion. He was so kind and helpful to me even though the food from the other employee sucked. He knew more than the manager. Honestly even though the food was disgusting I would go back just to see him.
They got some pretty good options here, nothing too crazy, I just happened to visit on a tuesday and the drive through was quite a wait (like 20 mins easy). Didnt know this place was so popular!
This place is really dirty and a lot of homeless come in here talking to themselves and yelling which makes it seem unsafe. The guy behind the counter was awesome and very polite and attempted to clean the dining room. So that guy needs a raise.

Ordered pickup through the app and used drive-thru but they told me to pick up the food from the lockers. Waited 30 minutes for the code and they never put it in the locker at all. Why make me go inside to pickup anyway if ya’ll too lazy to put it in the locker?
