I am very disappointed with the food and the service received at the drive-thru. There's no customer service at all. Now on to the food. TV and radio ads describe jumbo shrimp 🍤 tacos. Let the photos speak for themselves. These aren't jumbo shrimp. Don't advertise because Del Taco isn't serving jumbo shrimp tacos. When I opened the foil wrap, how disappointed and discussed I am. I deserve a refund. There's more cabbage or lettuce than anything else. Del Taco 🌮 I'm a first-time visitor and better believe I won't return. Especially to this location. I forgot to mention how gummy the tortilla was, it felt and tasted like uncooked tortillas. The entire experience could've been better had the employees at this location took time to assemble the "jumbo" shrimp 🍤 tacos 🌮 together.

Had a cheeseburger and a chicken quesadilla and fries. I have always liked Del Taco, considering it one of the better fast food restaurants. Unfortunately, the food was only so-so. The service was great, fast and friendly. Not sure if DT has changed their recipes since my last visit or if this was a one-off at this one location. I'll try another location to find out.

Going through the drive thru at #988 to pick up what I had a taste for (Epic Combo Meal). The burrito was sloppy and tasteless, the fries were good and the drink was tasteless the guacamole tasted as if the tomatoes were old. 😝 What's going on here? I paid $16.11 for a disgusting meal. People take your money for what you have a taste for and give 🥴😛. Why? I won't go back.

The tacos I received did not include lettuce, and the carne asada fries contained an insufficient amount of meat. This experience was disappointing, and I do not intend to return to or place any further orders from this location.
So upset with this order as it is the second time in a couple of weeks that Del Tacos were ordered and there were no tomatoes. This order is going back, and I'm done with this location! Disrespected is how I feel. And a chunk of cheese on the outsideof the taco.what's this all about. What are you trying to insinuate? I spoke to a manager name Rebecca, and my opinion is that she seemed indifferent and said she was not on the shift at 4:20 pm. Okay...

Overall a very distressing experience. Filthy restaurant, employees who have no formal education and zero social skills, they bark at you in unintelligible broken English and seem to despise their jobs. They toss bags of food on the counter, call out numbers and abandon the bags, leaving people to rummage through them. I found my order among several left there and had to call out several times for some sauce and napkins. The breakfast burrito tasted like cold plastic and I threw it away after the first bite. How they stay in business is completely mysterious.
