They did not fill my tacos properly. The del tacos that I ordered at best was half full. And the meat was saugy and the shells were not crunchy. I ordered crunchy tacos not soft shells. 👎

Manager lady working drive thru has no etiquette or manners. First she hands me a drink that is spilling over and gets dropped accidentally. Then I ask politely for more napkins and she says she gave them already. I said I need more. She hands me 1 napkin and slams the window and walks away!!! Bad customer service!! Are napkins coming out of her paycheck??!! Very poor customer service 😢

I am very disappointed with the food and the service received at the drive-thru. There's no customer service at all. Now on to the food. TV and radio ads describe jumbo shrimp 🍤 tacos. Let the photos speak for themselves. These aren't jumbo shrimp. Don't advertise because Del Taco isn't serving jumbo shrimp tacos. When I opened the foil wrap, how disappointed and discussed I am. I deserve a refund. There's more cabbage or lettuce than anything else. Del Taco 🌮 I'm a first-time visitor and better believe I won't return. Especially to this location. I forgot to mention how gummy the tortilla was, it felt and tasted like uncooked tortillas. The entire experience could've been better had the employees at this location took time to assemble the "jumbo" shrimp 🍤 tacos 🌮 together.
