Grilled taco combo was nothing to rave about. The filling of taco left you feeling,where is my meat? We ordered our food and I went to go to the bathroom. I passed by a man in a wheelchair in line behind me. 2 all gender bathrooms. 1 indicated vacant. I pulled the handle. It was locked. Back to the counter to have them open door and back to the bathroom to wait for it to open. I'm pulling and pulling.The door is not opening.Back to the counter to tell the guy the door is not opening. The employee watches me go around to the door again. Now wheelchair guy is at the bathroom and he wants to use the bathroom. The guy in the other restroom hears me out there saying door won't open and he says, give me a few minutes I will be right out. I wasn't trying to get in that door, but now the wheelchair guy is at the door and is positioned in where I was first to get in the bathroom. Guy in the bathroom says they only let you use one bathroom. The other they use for employees. I noticed it is not marked employees. I go back to the counter. A different employee I tell about the bathroom. She says the one bathroom is for employees. The man comes out of the other bathroom. Wheelchair guy goes in. Our food is ready,I am still waiting on the bathroom..We eat our food (2 taco combo and fries), we get a refill on drinks.Get up to leave restaurant and now wheelchair guy is coming out of the restaurant about 15 minutes later. I'm out. Never will go here again.

The most atrocious thing just happened to me while waiting at the drive-through. The Cook went to the restroom cashier acknowledged in upon return. The Cook still had the same gloves on and still started preparing the food. I asked for my money back as I was disgusted.12:15 am July 20
Reporting to public health to review the cameras and if he still using the same gloves as he went into the restroom he should be fired.

Del taco in Huntsville is by far the best Del taco we have been to in a very long time! The service was wonderful and the food was amazing. Alice was so kind and helpful! Highly recommend.

Slow service. All tables dirty funny smell in inside. Cashier doing 3things at one time. Got to people order wrong. If I was not thirsty they would have not got my money period

I was just there at 9pm this evening, was charged and told there wasn't a 5$ Del Deal...but that it was $5.99, which made it $6.57 out the door..Wouldn't mind so much, the fries were Cold ..Quesdilla was whole like a taco and not cut..And just feel that the price charge is considered false advertising, especially if food isn't good!!!

Bad customer service and got my order all wrong. My burrito and quesadilla did not come with green sauce like it was supposed to. The black guy who handed my pick up order was rude, had an attitude and unfriendly at me for no reason. Will never come back to this location again.
