They didn’t give us our full order. And then we asked for our receipt and they actually asked for our food back. I’ve never been more disrespected in my life. I will never return and any human who speaks will not be back because they really happened. We ordered sauces on the side and they legit took them back and kept the money. I’m disgusted. Made a few mistakes on my order. Asked for crunchy tacos with tomatoes, tomatoes missing on some. Cashier was not paying attention asked for (2) 4 pc caramel cheesecake bites, got (2) 2pc. Lots of homeless people, got into an argument with one cause i didnt have any change for her.
But mostly upset because no more fiesta pack.😭 this is the most unjust thing that has ever happened to anyone, yes i said it and ill say it again... anyone!

The people that were working on Sunday around 1:20 pm whatever that shift was. They use the cash register and wash the dishes with the gloves on and and use same gloves to make your food. I had to call out the employees for doing it today. Please change out your gloves when you’re going back and forth to the register or just hire more people so you don’t have to do multiple jobs.

Fries unsalted and cold, One was mostly raw, requested inferno sauce only got some mild, burritos very messy and not packaged well. Disappointing because I usually like Del Taco. Unable to enjoy meal due to bad fries, missing sauce, and sloppy burritos. Ordered on DoorDash.
The best taco of all and I've been to many, the asada tacos were exquisite, the people were very friendly, I came back 40 minutes away for 2 more tacos...
