Was dining at Dennys and saw the employees treat this black customer horribly. Truly upsetting to see multiple employees gang up and yell at a customer over chicken tenders and fries. Customer service has gone down the drain truly! Safe to say I won’t be back to this Dennys till their customer service improves.

Very rude staff. I ordered on the phone chicken tenders and fries which is 10 dollars i come in and pay and get home and realize i dont have fries. I went back and they put on my ticket that i ordered just tenders (which for some reason is almost 12 dollars) so they refused to give me fries unless i paid an extra 5 dollars for them. When i tried to do that they gave me a hard time so i left. Never getting my momey again

The bathrooms were gross and the music over the loud speakers was too loud. Service was good, food and coffee good.
Dennis provided outstanding service with a warm and attentive demeanor, making the dining experience truly enjoyable, and their Santa Fe skillet was an absolute delight, bursting with bold flavors and perfectly cooked ingredients.

I was surprised to find out it was open 24 hours. The food from the value menu was great, with a nice portion and at a good price. French toast, chicken strips, pancackes, scramble eggs, and sirloin were good. Plus free refills for sodas and lemonade. Plenty of parking. We arrived at midnight (5 people), and the server was friendly and helpful. I was never a fan of Denny's, but I will definitely go back to this location in Burbank.
