I was surprised to find out it was open 24 hours. The food from the value menu was great, with a nice portion and at a good price. French toast, chicken strips, pancackes, scramble eggs, and sirloin were good. Plus free refills for sodas and lemonade. Plenty of parking. We arrived at midnight (5 people), and the server was friendly and helpful. I was never a fan of Denny's, but I will definitely go back to this location in Burbank.

Luis Q. amazed me tonight. A couple casts from Fan Fest at Universal closed out the event at 4am and celebrated here, and he kept all of our orders organized and was super efficient at getting all of our orders out.

Service was horrible. We kept having to ask for coffee refills. And aside from our server everyone else was not very helpful. The atmosphere felt more of a battle zone than a sit down restaurant. In addition the bathroom was unkept and smelled horrid!

Extremely disappointed with the staff here at this Dennys, including the woman that served my friends and I and I’m guessing a manager named Martin. I got all you can eat pancakes for $6 and pointed at the build your own menu when ordering two eggs- which would have been an additional $3. I pointed at it directly while talking to the waitress and asked if I can get those for that price which I was told I could. I later look at the receipt and find that I was charged around 10 DOLLARS for two scrambled eggs!! I called this Dennys and talked to Martin who blamed me for everything even though I told him that I directly asked the waitress if I could get the eggs for $3 off of the build your own menu. There was no remedy to this situation regardless of how insane it is that I got charged that much for something that I communicated clearly, and the waitress clearly did not communicate well. I am disgusted by this establishment and Martin should absolutely not be working the position he is. No accountability whatsoever and Dennys basically outright stole money from me so there’s that. Don’t go here.
