I would say the waiters were amazing, very apologetic when it comes to mistakes, but the manager I would say when you have an issue to not report to him as he does not care about how the area looks but overall great service!

The food was ok, right until I found a hair in my food, I notified the waiter that served us, and he said he would talk to the manager, who I was expecting would have the decency to come to the table instead he send the waiter back with an offer of another Item of the menu or discount the meal. I'm not giving them a poor rating because there was a hair in my food (mistakes do happen), but because of the lack of respect or courtesy of the manager of not showing up to my table and offering an apology instead he or she send the waiter back with a discount or a free meal I felt like I had to pay for the meal because if I didn't the poor waiter that had no fault in the incident would have end up paying for the meal most likely. The fact that the waiter never came back and checked on us during our stay but to hand me the check, I'm sure, didn't help. Now I can assure you that me and my company would never go to Dennys again.

So my friend and I ordered from this local restaurant because I was wanting Country Potatoes for breakfast in particular but I wanted breakfast food for my birthday so I chose Dennys. This location is near us so we placed an order for pick up!! Now tell me…. Why did we do that!?The pictures should definitely speak for themselves. I was VERY VERY disappointed. What a birthday breakfast. A Picture is like a thousand words brace yourself….Pancakes: Now not only was the food luke-cold would’ve been better if it were a bit warm but they didn’t include napkins and what’s one thing that goes with PANCAKES??? Syrup!!! They forgot to give us syrup and to avoid an even colder meal and since we didn’t have any syrup in the house we were forced to substitute the syrup with Jam ??? supeeerrrr disappointment!Turkey Bacon was alright a bit cold but it was edibleEggs: well look at em smh need I say more!Two Stars…well the restaurant was open on Easter Sunday and I am overall blessed to have a meal!
