Extremely overpriced. LA is expensive but this place acts like they are a downtown historic Mecca of culinary excellence, it is not. I ordered an egg white omelette with spinach mushrooms and jack cheese, well done as I can’t stand runny egg whites. Every omelette comes with pancakes which is cool. Egg whites are a 4$ upcharge!! The eggs came out in a pool of liquid, the plate was covered in water like they microwaved it to finish cooking it, the pancakes were rubber, colorless and tasteless. Bisquick carton pancakes have better flavor and texture than these. All this for 30$ before tip…no thanks and never again!! Do yourself a favor and find another option.

Chicken was great as always! Thr only thing that needs a fix is the French fries. They need just a hint of seasoning, because as is, they taste like frozen bag, to the fryer, to your plate. Put some salt on them bad boys!

I wanted the lingonberry pancakes but they gave me blueberry. And my girlfriend lost her toe! Such a treat to come here on my trip.Food was great, blueberry pancakes were so good and so much blueberry (I did order that) and for me as a giant Lebowski fan it was so cool to see it exactly how it was in the movie. Pretty sure that was the Nhilists booth.For the non-lebowksi fan it's got great old school diner charm. For the Lebowski fan, you gotta get here.
