I went in to order a drink, i wasn't even acknowledge. It seems like this place is ran by a bunch of immature teenagers. Music all loud, some of them on their phone or seems like their conversation is more important that servicing the public. There is no management or supervisor present. Finally when i got assisted it feels like im asking for a big favor. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND AVOID THIS PLACE. BOBATIME NEVER FAILS AND SUPER FRIENDLY AND QUICK SERVICE!

GO HERE!!!! IT IS AMAZING!!!! Boba time has more flavors but Ding Tea has BETTER FLAVORS!!!! It's super quick service and they also have fries and popcorn chicken. I have never tried them, but I know people who have. CHOOSE RIGHT! CHOOSE DING TEA!!!

I've frequented a couple of other boba shops nearby, but Ding Tea has got to be one of my favorite places when I'm craving my usual Jasmine Milk Tea. Parking here can be challenging depending on the time of day you're going. There is a mix of metered parking as well as free street parking. Metered parking takes coin/card. The location itself is always clean, multiple tables inside and some seats outdoor as well. I've never had any issues with service here. There is a good amount of drinks to choose from - smoothies, lattes, coffee, juices and milk substitutions are available as well. My go to drink: Jasmine Milk Tea w/ Herbal Grass Jelly. (Highly recommend the jelly if you're not a fan of the chewy boba) Enjoy!

The tea was very flavorful. They have a lot of options to add different "toppings". This was the perfect sweet treat with the caffeine fix I needed. It is a small tea cafe with some tables but very clean and fast.

Good service friendly staff. I'm not too crazy over Bubba but this was perfect yes I said it. Boba was well-balanced sweet with a perfect hint of salt. I ordered a small I feel the perfect size. Will I go back yes I would.

The price of the milk teas are very reasonable and would recommend. The staff are very friendly and very fast with making drinks so there is practically no wait. Also, if you're a regular, use the clover rewards as their rewards are one of the best for returning customers.
I've been coming to Ding Tea Eagle Rock since it has opened! I cannot go a day without my Milk Tea and they know how to make it best!! such a great location with spaces to hang out and great photo ops! My kids all have special orders and it's a fun escape for us after school! Love this place & their Milk Tea!

The jasmine milk tea with lychee jelly is my favorite go to every single time. It is a classic but a great choice at Ding Tea. It is nice they have other milk options even though it is made with non-dairy creamer. The staff are very friendly and quick with making drinks. The store has indoor and outdoor seating. There's also board games and cards if you plan on staying there to catch up with friends.
