New stuff I don’t like my kid have allergies they don’t put atención y ask her specially for something on the order

I had a very bad experience with the staff at this place, they are very despotic, I came to order my daily activities and my little 4-year-old girl couldn't stand the urge to go to the bathroom, my other 8-year-old girl accompanied her, I asked her with a lot of respect. I asked the lady who was helping me to open the bathroom for my girls so I could enter and she totally ignored me. Then, seeing my little girl's desperation, I asked the other lady to please open the bathroom for her and she told me. No, and he also ignored me. Afterwards, I told a boy who also works there, I was already very upset that I had the bathroom for my girls, and he did listen to me, but very reluctantly, with a mocking laugh, and I told them that I couldn't believe they were so unaware of seeing a little girl with an emergency and they didn't care, the young man's response was that they had cleaned and it smelled a lot of chlorine when it didn't even smell and they only had a mop with very dirty water that didn't even They had changed, at the time this happened, not even any clients, the 4 people who work there, were standing around doing nothing, of course I asked them to give me my money back and the truth is I will not return to a place where they have no respect or values. morals for others. Shame on those staff being young with that attitude.

This is My son and I favorite go to spot for boba drinks.. he always gets the oreo with oreo bits slush with mini boba . I either get the taro slush or Thai tea slush with also mini boba .. soo good .. I also get moms and pops the aloe Vera drinks .. the passion fruit and or kiwi one I think .. we sometimes get the popcorn chicken spicy 😋 very seasoned and always tender .. the churros can be a hit or miss at times..

Also when will you guys bring back the boba plushies!? Lol my son been saving his cards to grab one of those plushies

They consistently mess up large orders (wrong & missing drinks). They've made 1 drink fewer than ordered twice in a row for me. Don't do large orders with Doordash with them because you won't know if they correctly made all your drinks until 30 minutes later when delivered.
For the store owner, the large order was placed around 1:30pm on 7/9/2024

The kids and teens of the household are obsessed with this place. I had to go see what the deal was for myself. I didn't only have a good experience with customer service, which is amazing, but also, their drinks are indeed pretty great considering I'm not a Boba fan.

Parking: Depending on the time, there will be more availability, but always enough parking.

Kid-friendliness: It is safe, no items they can break. Recommended for a quick grab and go.

The tea was good but the customer service and atmosphere was not. I was not pleased with my experience in the store and left feeling unsatisfied.- We were not greeted by staff at all during our purchase despite there being 3 people there.- The order kiosk did not have an item that it should have had. I was looking for jasmine tea without milk. A young lady manually took my order, but not before having me repeat the issue several times and recheck the menu while a line was forming.- The mobile pay and card reader failed 3 times before working on the same card.- The music playing aloud in the store had cursing in it. It was Nicki Minaj and there were no censors on the words she spoke. I wanted to hurry and leave the store before she said the Nword in her rap song. There are clean and censored music apps for songs like that. I want to say that a customer should never feel like that as a person of color. We are not a monolith and everyone is not ok with certain words. It causes a sense of stress in a place that means to invoke pleasure. Plus the music doesn't seem to fit the store's Theme.
