We came down from the Getty Center for a dinner. Tucked away in quiet corner of Brentwood. Small & compact dining area that didn't feel cramped. Not a quiet place but the sounds from the kitchen were charming and my girlfriend and I could still hold a conversation just fine. The food was excellent and portions were just right. We had the tricolor salad as a starter, shared the zucchini rav & beet pesto spaghetti for mains, and finished with tiramisu and lemon sorbet and didn't leave feeling overly stuffed. Would highly recommend this place!

A new find for us in Brentwood; excellent Italian cuisine combined with friendly and knowledgeable service. Was very nice to meet the co-owners; you can appreciate the commitment of heart and soul they have made in their business and in the experience of their patrons.

Great dining experience overall... only suggestion would be to pull out a few tables to give patrons more room. I was literally sitting 9 inches from the table next to me. It was a little awkward to say the least. Other than that everything was great.

Visited this gem of an Italian eatery renowned for its commitment to high-quality basic ingredients. Every dish is a testament to authentic Italian flavors, perfectly balancing tradition with a touch of modern flair. The pasta, homemade and cooked to perfection, is a must-try. The freshness of the ingredients shines through in every bite. Excellent service and a cozy ambiance add to the delightful experience. Highly recommended for a genuine taste of Italy.”

The best neighborhood Italian restaurant in Brentwood in the Barrington/Sunset neighborhood. A family run restaurant where the Italian food is consistently delicious with outstanding family service.

My old haunt for a great lunch with friends and business associates. Quality Italian food, excellent service, and very thoughtful servers-more often than not the owners. Great neighborhood spot.... Be careful when you park-one hour limit strictly enforced. Veterans parking one block is your best bet! Excellent in all respects... JA

Divino is located inside a small plaza, so parking is limited. Luckily on a thursday around 7pm we had no trouble finding a spot. It's a very small restaurant inside, so I would recommend reservations as I can see how it can get very busy. We had reservations and were seated immediately upon arriving. The ambiance is nice both inside and outside. The waitress assumed we were "too young" for the wine list, as she said. While I myself am, the rest of my party wasn't so it was a bit of an odd assumption to make. The kitchen requires both your appetizer order and entree order at the same time, so keep that in mind when looking at the menu. The service was quick and our server was around often if we needed anything. Keep in mind that they charge for water. Two bottles of water were $18 all together. (ouch!!) We didn't even realize we were served two. The food is beyond delicious. And when ordering, our server was very thorough in explaining some of the things on the menu. The bread served at the beginning of the meal was also amazing. I don't think you could order anything bad on the menu.

Came here on last night of a holiday from the UK, mostly because it was close to the hotel and the airport. We found it to be delightful: delicious food (particularly the pasta), fantastic friendly service and a real buzz about the place. It felt like a high class local European restaurant with real heart and great food. Highly recommended.

Divino was packed on our arrival, but indeed our reservation was honored with a cozy banquette in the small, but charmingly decorated, restaurant. Service (led by Antonella, in our case) was excellent- smiling, efficient, informative. Warm crusty bread was whisked (no extra charge!) to our table, velvety olive oil was already there. Carpaccio appetizer fed both of us, mushroom risotto was fragrant and sublime. A special pasta with shiitake and shrimp in a tomato reduction was an outstanding surprise. Warm apple tart was artfully presented, and absolutely delicious. A real neighborhood gem.

We love going to Divino and have for many years. The staff is fantastic--great service and great food. There is easy metered parking in the front if you don't want to valet park. We feel comfortable there always and the staff works hard to make sure everyone feels that way, new diners and old friends alike. It is just a great place.
