Ordered chilaquiles to go (parked right next to the restaraunt and ate them in my car fresh off the grill). It was like chilaquile soup!! :( don't get me wrong.. the flavors were there!! The crema, cheese, everything good!! But they put some much sauce that the bottom layer was all soggy. The top layer was yummy and crispy and couldn't eat 70% of it cause it was so mushy. I also ordered the eggs overhard.. they were sunny side up :( . Couldn't eat the eggs either cause I dislike a runny yolk. Hope they can improve the way they serve the food. Wasn't busy at all when I came in /: why so much sauce!! 😭

Came here for a quick, cheap bite and grabbed a huarache de asada with everything and my god, it was delicious. I pounded it down so quickly and downed my agua de jamaica. It cost me $14 and the customer service was great. Everyone there is so kind and patient.

The only issue, if you need to use the restroom, they won't let you.

their bacon breakfast burrito alone makes it worth a pitstop before work with it’s unreal homemade(?) tortilla. the colorful, expressive, “here, you’re home” vibe decor completes the experience with the warm friendly service. diner energy with the offer to refill your coffee before you head out. i liked the art and general buzz of workers like me picking up our breakfast here on the go. small establishment with endearing coffee pots on the order counter and the whole family in the kitchen. will definitely be back. thank you to the order counter guy for his kindness.

Delicious😍. I recommend it. I chose the torta named Tinga and another one made with chicken breast. My first time eating Mexican torta. Horchata is very delicious

ME

I decided to go try out this spot due to a tik tok review post. This is located in the worst part of DTLA, so there is no free parking available during the times this restaurant is open. We paid $15 for the parking lot. The service was bad as well. We were greeted by a cook (he was nice) the lady (blonde in her mid-late 30’s) was rude. She did not say hello just stared at us and told us to sit wherever. The space was REALLY small. I would say it’s best for two people because the tables of four are tiny and you’re struggling to sit with the table behind so close. There’s hardly any tables available. As soon as we sat and she gave us the menu she asked if we were ready to order. Obviously we hadn’t looked at the menu so we asked for more time. She asked if we were also ready for drinks. Whole time we were ordering, she was rushing us, moving impatiently and looking at her son run around to where it looks like she’s not even listening to us. She had a face on like she did not want to be there and did not give friendly vibes at all. We were then rushed to order and I have never felt so stressed ordering food before. I understand that she was stressed because her kid is running around us but that does not make me want to return. She then left and her kid was sitting in our table and standing on the chairs. She eventually got him when she noticed us staring at her as an indication to get him. The food was mediocre, not bad but not the best. On top of that, they have a letter “B”. All of our stomachs were hurting after, and that is understandable because the outside streets were dirty and that might have made our stomach react that was because we were disgusted. I read reviews that the owners were nice, and my rating would have been higher if we interacted with them. Unfortunately, we were serviced poorly by the lady which ruined our experience and we do not deem this place worth returning when we combine all the factors together.

Food was whatevers . What did it for me was the long blonde hair strand in my burrito. Also the waitresses had an attitude.

Quaint little Mexican spot. Amazing food, first time having a huarache and it’s definitely one of my new favorite foods. Definitely recommend!

Best breakfast burrito in LA! It only took me 10 years after moving from NYC to find but finally - what an experience.

When you walk into Doña Inez you're greeted by three generations of the same warm family - Mom and Dad in the kitchen, their son at the register, daughter asking me if I want a coffee while I wait, Abuelita tending to the baby, etc.

When I saw Mom behind the plancha, I knew the b.b. was going to be great but even those high hopes were shattered by reality when I got to the office, unwrapped and dug-in.

The Chorizo Breakfast Burrito. A mix of traditional Mexican ingredients, intermingled throughout the (semi)Americanized assembly of potatoes holstered in the handheld toasted flour tortilla we, on-the-go Gringos, have come to love. Made perfectly and with love by Chef Madre at Doña Inez.

If you're within 5 miles of DTLA and in-need of a life-changing breakfast burrito, I highly recommend popping over to Doña Inez - a literal Mom and Pop gem.

Wonderful place with the best food! We had some lovely food in this place where the ambiance is amazing. Approx $35 for two mains, two drinks and a bottle of water. Much more affordable than most places we visited!

The Food Excellent Flavor! like at home
Unfortunately, it is the Worst and Terrible Service, the waitress, apparently the owner's daughter, treats you worse than a dog, makes you feel like they are giving you the Food and makes you feel really bad,
wow I really hope they change that attitude towards the client.
