Ordered chilaquiles to go (parked right next to the restaraunt and ate them in my car fresh off the grill). It was like chilaquile soup!! :( don't get me wrong.. the flavors were there!! The crema, cheese, everything good!! But they put some much sauce that the bottom layer was all soggy. The top layer was yummy and crispy and couldn't eat 70% of it cause it was so mushy. I also ordered the eggs overhard.. they were sunny side up :( . Couldn't eat the eggs either...
Came here for a quick, cheap bite and grabbed a huarache de asada with everything and my god, it was delicious. I pounded it down so quickly and downed my agua de jamaica. It cost me $14 and the customer service was great. Everyone there is so kind and patient.
their bacon breakfast burrito alone makes it worth a pitstop before work with it’s unreal homemade(?) tortilla. the colorful, expressive, “here, you’re home” vibe decor completes the experience with the warm friendly service. diner energy with the offer to refill your coffee before you head out. i liked the art and general buzz of workers like me picking up our breakfast here on the go. small establishment with endearing coffee pots on the order counter and the whole family...
