Best coffee I’ve ever had. It’s risky coming here because it will ruin coffee from other places for you. When you realize what was 10/10 for you previously is actually 8/10 it’s tough to cope.

Service is great 👍
Quick, polite, and attentive. Bathrooms are clean and plenty of spaces to sit indoors and outdoors. Variety of caffeine and non caffeine options.
Also a large parking lot in the rear of the building.
Cons: no wifi, no outlets.
So if you're looking for a work from wifi situation, may want to consider elsewhere.

The coffee tastes weak — maybe as a function of the 20oz cup size — but the nurungji had a beautifully toasted flavor profile. This cafe is good for yapping and not to work, especially because the tables are small and I don’t think they have WiFi.

If you are not from LA, probably don't come here. The food and drinks were really tasty the place looks cool but the service for LA foreigners/visitors was not the best unfortunately.

I’ve truly never experienced anything like this in my life at a coffee shop. I ordered a vanilla latte to-go with no ice, and the staff mentioned it might be “a bit less,” so I said okay. But I never imagined it would be this little. The cup was almost half empty. The photo shows exactly what I received.
Yes, it was no ice, but that should not mean the drink is drastically reduced while still charging full price. I’ve had plenty of no-ice drinks at many cafés and nowhere has ever served something this small. There was no clear explanation about how little it would actually be, and they didn’t make any effort to fix it either.
Instead of enjoying my coffee, I just left annoyed and disappointed. This was a terrible experience. Definitely a 1-star review and I won’t be coming back.
A very nice interior design paired with delicious coffee. The style is modern and trendy. I like this place, and if you want to enjoy an LA-style coffee vibe, you should swing by.
Another basic coffee shop with premium prices. Try Koffeeski down the street, they are actually worth the money.

Good coffee but the lack of ceramic mugs really takes away from the experience. Cappuccino through paper just isn’t the same.
Their specialty drink were unusual and so delicious! Definitely worth a visit. Space isn't comfortable though so not good for long sits.

Everything is good except Female barista’s service….

I dropped in Document for a creamy misugaru latte—nutty, lightly sweet, and very smooth. The cafe doubles as gallery space; clean lines, wood tables, art prints. Barista walked me through bean origins. Not crowded and ideal for solo working sessions. Peaceful when other Ktown cafés get noisy.

Bad, brownish matcha. Sassy staff. They used to have a nice work table in the middle, now it’s this thin bar that’s (intentionally) uncomfortable for everyone. No WiFi. Won’t be back.

6$ worth of “cappuccino” looks like! Thank you for the quality and the service matching the prices!
