I dropped in Document for a creamy misugaru latte—nutty, lightly sweet, and very smooth. The cafe doubles as gallery space; clean lines, wood tables, art prints. Barista walked me through bean origins. Not crowded and ideal for solo working sessions. Peaceful when other Ktown cafés get noisy.
I haven’t been here in a long, long time and I’m so glad it’s still around! I tried their new nooroongji latte and it was bomb. It tasted exactly like sweetened crispy/burnt rice which I love. Def haven’t had that drink before.
No frills specialty coffee shop that serves great coffee. I always get the cappuccino - thick and rich foam with just right espresso, not too bitter, not too light.

It's not a place you sit down to work, but it's perfect to grab coffee or meet with a friend. I love the photo gallery lining its walls. It's fun wondering about the stories they can tell while you sip coffee. The shop also sells artisinal pantry items, although prices can be steep.
